Absolutely fantastic experience with this company, I couldn’t recommend them more, I would give 6 stars if possible. The move went very smoothly, they worked extremely hard, took no breaks and finished much more quickly than I was expecting while still being careful with my items. Most importantly for me, the communication was excellent. I had a difficult long-distance move and Kendrick was so accommodating and really bent over backwards for me to make things easier on my side. I also booked pretty short notice and they made it so easy on me to get everything arranged perfectly with no stress. Strong workers as well we had a large, heavy breakable item and it was moved with total ease. The movers on the other side struggled with that same item. I will absolutely use this company again for my moving needs.

Review Having Kendrick and his team move our belongings on the Charlotte, NC side of a move from TN was a very pleasant experience. Not only was Kendrick and his team very careful, efficient, and extremely hard working, but he(they) were very genuine and personable. I could sense Kendrick cared about his clients when he occasionally checked with me on the Tennessee side of the move. He wanted to be sure he was available when we needed him. When I got close to our Charlotte destination I gave Kendrick an ETA and he and I arrived within seconds of each other. Kendrick and his team moved us in far less time than we anticipated. As one other point, a mistake was made in adding time to Kendrick’s side of the move when it should have been on the TN side. Kendrick was very trustworthy and prompt in retuning the overpayment to us as a refund. Overall, it was a great experience in a climate of the stress of moving. Kendrick and James’ team was outstanding! Their team was very personable they are lighting fast very strong, muscle strength that could put Superman to shame! I wish I had timed them but I’m pretty sure they had a 15’ moving truck, a 4’x8’ trailer and the back of a pick up truck unloaded all in under an hour while also putting big items and boxes in the correct rooms. If I move again in the future I will absolutely be hiring them again!

Kendrick was so nice and helpful. Scheduled for 2 movers to move my stuff out of 15 ft uHaul over 2 hrs, and his partner ended up being unable to make it. Despite that, he cleared out my whole uHaul without an issue in under 2 hrs! Super nice guy, super efficient worker, highly recommended!

The guys had great attitudes, very positive energy. They handled our furniture with care, but a few things got damaged and they forgot to put the door back up that they took off the hinges but they made attempts to repair any damages when they could. My husband was unable to locate his wallet during the move but we are thinking it may have fell into one of the boxes and we are still unpacking. I didn't know it was an optional tip section on the application - we tipped $200 using cashApp sent to one mover for the three of them to divide equally. Even though some things were damaged, we tipped because the guys had great energy, polite, positive attitudes, dedication and ended up staying for approximately 5 additional hours (we paid for the extra time), but they could have departed when the 4hour reservation was over; however, they were committed to staying until the job was complete. They even offered to return to help my husband find his wallet. I would absolutely use them again.

Helping Hands is a wonderful moving company and has excellent customer service. We had originally booked the movers for 4-26-24, but my wife, who was expecting our first child, went into early labor the night before. I called to cancel and reschedule the move, expecting to pay a substantial cancelation fee due to the late notice. Kendrick was incredibly kind, offering to reschedule the move to a weekend that fit our schedule and waived the cancelation fee. Due to our circumstances, he also brought an extra mover on the day of to make things easier for us. I couldn't recommend them more!

After unloading the truck I found that both my television and tv stand were damaged beyond repair. The TV screen is cracked and the picture is not blurry and unreadable. My TV stand was broken due as well. I believe that the way these items were packed caused pressure on the stand which caused the wood to break and chip. I accidentally booked a time slot too small for our job, so they spent every single second working faster and harder when it would have been perfectly acceptable for them to simply leave us in a very stressful situation, because of my own mistake. They did not call to setup my time, arrived an hour and 15 mins late, took forever to move, wasted 1hour looking for keys while I had to help, damaged my stuff then blamed me! I would not recommend.
