This is the second time that we have used John Jones and his crew over the past 3 years. He is easy to reach, and was willing to make scheduling changes to accommodate our schedule. We actually had one of the same crew members that had helped us move into the storage unit move us out! Very friendly and great at fitting everything into our pod. I would definitely recommend them.

Movers went to Starbucks during the moving process. It would have been helpful to know they were going to take a 15 min break in between. But they did stop the clock during the break which was good. A piece of my bedroom furniture broke off. This happens sometimes. I understand. I wish they had given me the piece that broke off so I could have tried to glue it back on. They are good movers. I have used them twice. The first time was phenomenal, but this second time, not so much. They worked hard, and I have to give them credit for that. I should've gotten a bigger truck, but they really know how to pack stuff well, and they did a great job of getting all of my stuff into my new place.

Wow, John and his team had absolutely fantastic service. They were right on time, the box was packed twice as fast as i expected. I only dropped to 4 stars in 2 categories because one of the guys slept in the car for the first 20(ish) minutes and then stood around and smoked a cig and had to wake up for a bit before he actually began working. Good guys personally. staged boxes on wet driveway, strapped metal shelving to antique china cabinet, several items were broken based on their placement in truck or not being strapped in, felt rushed
