• Not as quick as I had originally hoped. Even though we went over the 2 hours the guys were great. I dont mind paying a little extra as long as it's communicated to me before hand. The guys did their best and got us loaded and unloaded in a timely manner.

  I personally dont remember your job i appologize if there was any damamge but we are always careful with peoples belongings as you can tell by all our reviews ao if anything was damamged it would be because either you didnt get no pads to protect your furniture or there wasnt enough pads and usually we only call to get a time to be there and we are there unless we are running late then i call to let you know so once again sorry that it turned out that way for you

• I confirmed a 1pm time with them on April 5, it is now the day of my move April 27 and they text me at 130am to say they cannot get to me until 230pm because they "just noticed the job before me is for 4 hours". • Great experience with this company that started from the beginning. Within a couple hours of selecting them, they called us to confirm details and the time that I needed them. Day of the move they called me to beforehand to let me know they were on their way. The two movers were awesome! They showed up on time and were immediately ready to work. They packed all of our belongings with care. I had brought some rope and blankets and they tied down all of my stuff and protected all of my belongings with blankets. Overall, great experience. We will definitely use them again and recommend this company to everyone.

• Two men from Hart 2 Heart movers showed up on time to do the move. They asked for a quick walk-through first, so they could see the layout of the house. They worked quickly, efficiently, and carefully, taking care not to damage any items, walls, etc. They were very courteous and professional. I have a one person household in a two story home. It took them an hour to bring my belongings in. Two friends were also helping with placement of items. Overall, I was very happy with the service and recommend them. I tipped cash on the spot, not through this app.

• I had booked unloading 2 u-boxes with Hart-to-Heart thinking that it included picking up and returning the boxes, as it had in CA with loading. Nowhere on the Moving Help site did it explain that pickup and delivery were not included and had to be booked separately. This morning when the unloading was to occur, the guy texted me and told me he couldn't do the job because he would lose money on it. I've spent 3 hours, mostly on hold with Moving Help, where no one seems to be on duty, trying to sort this out. I finally managed to connect with a very nice and helpful lady in your Utah reservations department who I think - hope - was able to do so and I've scheduled someone else (Big Boy Moving, who my son recommended) to unload because I don't trust using someone who cancels by text at the last minute. I just want my $235 refunded, please!

I have a POD container scheduled to be delivered Tuesday October 11th. PODs only delivers containers on Tuesdays and Fridays.
