These guys were on time and worked efficiently. A couple things (I had to call them to verify twice)(we had discrepancy with a mini piano fee at the end of the service). I definitely gave them a walkthrough on what they would be moving and nothing was said till the very end about an extra charge. In the end, we worked it out. I was so pleased with the overall service; it was difficult to be upset. I would recommend these guys for sure.

Ben and company lived up to the sterling reviews noted here. They were on-time, finished 15 mins early, handled all the furniture, including antiques, with the care and diligence of the consummate professionals. I booked them out of desperation (and fatigue!) at about 1am in the morning of the day I needed them. Received a confirmation by text at 2am, so I knew I had the help against a tight deadline. Strongly recommend Xtreme with my highest recommendation. As a retired military officer with 31 years of service and countless moves, this team was by far the best I have seen. They even swept out the truck and folded moving pads when they finished.

Dan and Justin worked diligently to get the job done. We had originally set a block of hours to complete our move, however, we didn’t have everything done when that time came. The two stayed twice as long to help see the job to completion (I don’t recommend making a practice of hoping your movers have the time you need. Be intentional when scheduling). While they were paid for the 4hrs of work, they actually stayed beyond payment (45min) to finish doing some unplanned handwork they took on. I would recommend this pairing for your moving needs.

Crew was prompt. Liked to brute force most things, rather than use straps, harnesses, etc. Some minor scuffing of walls, doorways, etc. And didn't follow directions for piling boxes in garage; in some cases, boxes that were clearly marked to be on the bottom (and were when they were in the truck) ended-up on top when restacked in the garage.

We can’t be more disappointed in this service. The three man crew arrived more than an hour late. They weren’t even Extreme mover employees. There were two guys who were from the local men’s shelter. They worked hard in the heat but were clueless regarding loading a van. They damaged 3 pieces of furniture and because they didn’t load it properly we had to leave furniture and storage boxes behind. What a fiasco. They loaded the large stuff about an hour into the move in the middle of the van and they put our couches on top of boxes! This company gives all moving companies a bad name. They should be fired from moving help.

Mover's showed up and hour late, but were communicative about the delay. One of the two movers was constantly taking breaks and slowing down the process. The crew that arrived was unable to handle moving the couch upstairs on their own and had to call for additional help. I was not charged for the time waiting for the arrival of a third member, but was charged for the additional hour caused by constant breaks.

Tray and Mario were great! They were very accommodating and helpful. They unloaded everything from the U-Haul in a fraction of the time that my husband and I loaded it. Plus, they were just pleasant to be around. Couldn’t have asked for better service!

Both days the crew showed up on time, but left immediately to go to the store, which the company owner back charged us for. We had to pay for smoke breaks also. They took 14 hours to move our house that took 8 hours last time. They were very careful and nothing was damaged, everything was wrapped and packed very well. The owner is horrible to deal with, when we were going long the first day because of how slow the workers were, it was difficult to get ahold of him and then he berated me when I was following his worker's directions on how to pay for the extra hours.

I am 6 months pregnant and just wanted to give my couch and beds to a couple who is struggling. One has a mental disability, the other is elderly. I hired movers to bring the things inside, but they kept wanting to refuse to bring it in because the house, even though it's clean, smells like cats. One guy openly said he didn't want to go in there bc it stinks. I had to move everything from the front room to the adjoining rooms myself, and I would like to reiterate that Im visibly pregnant, paid these guys to move heavy furniture for me, and they refused and were very rude to my friends. Like, I didn't ask y'all to do this out of sympathy for a female, I paid for a service. Only hire these guys if you like to do half the work yourself and hear 30 minutes of whining.

This was my first time using movers and I was not disappointed. Ben called me a week in advance to schedule my load date and time. He was very professional and nice. I confirmed the mover's help on Friday and then they called again on Sunday and confirmed for 3 pm to help me unload. They did not show up. They returned my calls as I was down to the last 6 boxes and a dresser, as I ended up unloading the truck by myself. They were concerned about the rating I would give the. I haven't seen or been given an opportunity to rate the, but it would now be the lowest possible score. I then received a call around 10:50 pm from the mover's number. I did not pick up and have no Idea why they couldn't respond to me for hours, end then I get a call (no message left) late at night? Very bad experience. In fact, they made this the worst move I've ever had.

On Thursday, August 31 the company called and asked if the time could be pushed back from 1:30 to 2:30. I adjusted the time of my uhaul to accommodate them. At 2:45 a crew called saying they were running late and would be there at 3:30. At 3:45 I called the company because no contact was made and no movers arrived. They assured a crew was on their way. At 5:00 I called the company back as still no workers arrived. At 5:15 two workers showed up slurring their speech, reeking of alcohol and drugs. I sent them away. Please refund my money as this was an absolute joke and very unprofessional. I loaded everything with two friends.

I was going to give all 5 stars until we unloaded the truck. Several furniture items were severely damaged due to poor placement and not using a moving blanket. Fragile boxes were smashed.

Very professional and quick...loaded a 17ft truck to its max. They were able to load and unload a 2400sq ft house within 4 hours to include a 30 minute drive to the other house.

Movers late but a good job. Won't use moving helpers again. Charged $151 when I was quoted $100. Same thing happened on loading of box. Had my own movers still a $50 fee.

They had great spirit and desire to help, but were unprepared for the type of moving we had. Its a family moving service. Slow in moving and one worker stood around waiting for directions.
