  • Showed up 3 hours late. Car trouble but no communication until I reached out. Had movers to unload next location. They were overly understanding thank goodness and got moved in. My initial appointment 11am. Got moved in at 10 pm only because our un loader company were amazing, understanding and flexible. Wouldn’t recommend this company at all

There wasn't any banging on the walls, the furniture wasn't scratched, Darrell moved the furniture around to different locations per my request with no attitude.   • They arrived early, got oriented and started working. Careful with our furniture and boxes. Very easy to talk to. Enjoyed talking to Daryl and DeAnthony. Very professional and knowledgeable. They worked diligently and actually went slightly past the 3 hours mark to ensure we were fully offloaded. Nothing was asked for additional money. We gave them a good tip after they were done.   • Let me tell you, Darrell was a wizard with loading our trailer. The amount of stuff he managed to squeeze into our trailer was nothing short of AMAZING. He went above and beyond the call of duty--even to the point of noticing that our hitch chains were hanging too low and fixing the problem. If Darrell is typical of Platinum Moving Services, you can't go wrong. Platinum people, if you're reading this, you need to do whatever it takes to make him happy. He and Derek, who can flat-out move a stack of heavy boxes in no time at all, should be your first call when you need moving services.

  • Packed items meant for trash. Vaped on balcony during move. Dropped couch which tore plastic wrap, resulting in smudges. Unprofessional. Did not pick up furniture they requested.

    First job was for 2 man 2 hours and ended up being 3 man for 3 hours you paid for the 3rd hour but not the 3rd man which was the owner of Platinum I did not pack any trash in your truck unless you guys boxed trash and that would not be my fault my guy may have vaped but that was due to standing around waiting on either you guys to finish boxing or waiting for elevator that was supposed to be reserved for our use that you allowed another moving company and other tenants to use and hold up which ended up being the extra hour issue You were standing at the truck when the love sac sectional piece fell off dolly no rips or smudge detected at that moment the insurance photos show no rip or smudge Extra hour was paid but not 3rd man charge and you even tipped the guys job well done My guy told you that he would remove furniture if he could apparently he was unable to Given the circumstances the job went well despite all the interferences you allowed

  • These guys did a great job with my move. Completed the job within the timeframe selection recommended by Uhaul. Only had one issue with them but otherwise they did great. Uhaul states they will reach out to setup the move details within a 24hr timeframe and they didn’t. I called them to ensure they received the move request and coordinated the move details at that time.

  • This is the second time to use Platinum. I would recommend them though, this move, there appeared to be some friction among the team. One mover appeared with sagging pants and seemed to not want to be there and the manager appeared frustrated. Despite these observations and occassional awkward moments, they still treated my mom's move just like my prior experience. Items were unloaded and they even put together my mom's bed to make sure she was comfortable for her first night in the house. And I would still recommend them.
