Lifting large items, heavy items and doing a lot of the bull work that needed to be done because I have a bad knee and am not able to do it. My move would have never been possible without these two.   • Disappointing lack of professionalism from multiple complaints on the day of to harassing text messages following the move. We added on an extra hour and were told that this would be added on through the same booking system. The link sent by uhaul did not work and, instead of putting any effort into touching base with uhaul to fix this problem, movers sent multiple harassing and accusatory texts about settling things outside the system. Come to find out, adding through uhaul was never an option, but the moving team made no effort to find that out or let us know that. This lack of professionalism despite our gratitude the day of and a sizable tip. Given the many good options on here and significant lack of professionalism we experienced, would recommend looking elsewhere.
