• Spoke with someone (Tyler, maybe) on Monday. He said he could not confirm if he would have the help needed for the move. I asked him to contact me soon so that i would know if they could complete the job. It's the day before my move and I have not heard from the company. I called again on today and my call was routed to their answering service.

• Ordered/paid for 3 guys for 4 hours. Only 2 guys arrived and after 90 minutes of me asking where guy #3 was we were told he’s “MIA.” Despite that overpayment of service, the job was completed by the two guys who were there.

• Kyle and his assistant were awesome! They made it look easy lifting and moving a large sofa with the heavy automated reclining parts underneath look like a breeze. They took care of the furniture too and made sure to protect it. Hire them!!

• They had informed me their morning move might take longer than expected, but they could likely get here by 230pm. At 315 they advised me the job had been underestimated and now they thought they could get to me by 6pm. I found other help for the afternoon as I had rented a vehicle and couldn't keep it for extra time. They were very nice on the phone and advised me how to cancel.

  After advising against it from storage we loaded a 15ft truck with 300+ poorly packed moist filing boxes. He drove the 30min to a courtyard walk, small elevator,3rd flr unload. 2hrs was unrealistic.
