Movers were polite, positive, & professional. I appreciated their teamwork. However, I was expecting more experience with securely wrapping and ratcheting items for protection for a long-distance Pod move. Solid strategies were used, like creating walls in the Pod. However, stretch wrap, bungee, ropes, and ratchets were offered, but underutilized. I am not confident in how stable my things will be in transit.

Dustin and Dom were incredible. From the moment I booked moving help, Dustin's communication was excellent. Dustin picked up my U-Box from the U-Haul location exactly when he said he would, saving me the hassle of coordinating the delivery and pick-up. They then unloaded all my belongings, and placed them carefully in a well-organized stack, even checking to see if I wanted them to move anything to another location in my home. I would not hesitate to work with Dustin, Dom, and the folks at Go 2 Movers again for any moving needs.

Dustin was easy to communicate with and provided great tips to making the moving experience easy. Brian and Nate were champs in the heavy humidity and high temp day. I had a one bedroom going to storage and they made quick work of it even with stairs! They packed the truck so well that it was manageable for me to unpack at the other end of the trip. Excellent job and so kind.

My husband and I used Go 2 Movers and we’re SO GLAD that we did! We moved across a state, and after a five hour car ride we were so pleased that Dustin and his crew got our entire 12x6 trailer, and three vehicles unpacked in an hour and a half. Not only were they extremely fast, they were so professional and all of our belongings were handled with care. We would book them again, and will.

Moving help was very professional and got the job done. However, at the end of the move, the move took longer than the allotted 2 hours. For that reason the mover told me I had to pay them for the extra hour. The moving help portal was not working, so they had me pay them through Venmo, which I found to be a bit sketchy. I requested an invoice, which was never sent to me by the mover.

The movers were not friendly at all. They weren't mean or rude, they just didn't talk or seemed like they were listening when I was showing them certain things. Also, we asked them to wrap some of the furniture and I provided the wrap for them. I stepped away and, when I came back, saw that everything was packed but nothing was wrapped. Upon our arrival at our new place, several of the boxes that I marked as 'Fragile' weren't in the best condition. Many of the glass or ceramic items I had were broken including a ceramic piece that my deceased mother made. My wife and I move pretty much every year and I never had any fragile items like that break before so I am familiar with how I should pack everything. Very disappointed in how it all went.

I hired for three movers and one was a no-show. This was communicated to me 30 minutes prior to start time. I realize they can't control who shows up. The two guys were very hard workers but not super careful with my furniture. I also did not feel the truck was packed as well as it could have been. I've hired loaders in the past and having three is key. I had the team of three reserved for two hours and had prepaid. The two men worked for two hours and forty minutes. When they finished, they told me their manager wanted me to call him about the overage cost, so I did. He was asking for more money for their extra time. I disagreed as the third person did not show up and he continued to try to guilt me into paying. I explained to him I was now 45 minutes behind, and that I tipped his men well and that we could call it even and he hung up in a huff. I'm not impressed.

Christina I appreciate you taking the time out your day to leave feedback on your experience with our company. While that is correct our 3rd was a no show due to vehicle issues, the 2 guys who did show up were told that all was well after doing a final walk through upon completion of loading your truck. I truly do apologize for the 3rd not being available as requested and assured you a 2 man crew would be for than enough to complete the load even in the event of working into a 3rd hour. As we discussed a 2man rate into the 3rd hour would be be an additional 40.00 at the end of the day i never guilt tripped you into paying, I simply explained that there is a remaining balance due after going into the 3rd hour which was clarified prior to start of the move and all while aware we only had 2 guys. I've been in this industry for 10+ yrs and not once have ever been rude or disrespectful to a customer nor would I start today over 40.00. It's the principle when people try to pull a fast one.

I used Go 2 Freight Movers to load my U-Haul for an out of state move. Ramone and Brandon were the most hard working, kind, and efficient movers. They worked through some hot temperatures and did it with a smile. They were careful with my items and strategically packed my U-Haul so that it would be safe for the longer move. I had a lot of stuff and was worried it either wouldn't fit on the truck or that I didn't book enough time, but Ramone and Brandon put me at ease and proved me wrong. I did not use this company to unload my U-Haul as, again, I was moving out of state, but when another company unloaded for me, everything was still in it's place in the truck. The furniture was all safe, boxes were not smashed or falling over. It was a well packed job. I appreciate Ramone and Brandon for their hard work. I would definitely recommend this company and these amazing men again! Thanks so much!

Uhaul's suggestions for truck size and mover hours was under what I should have reserved. These guys were experienced movers. Brought all the necessary equipment and knew how to use the moving straps! They recommended 3 loaders instead of 2 for the size of the move and that was a good recommendation they provided. They followed us to nearby storage unit and continued to load there. Packed well for our out-of-state move. They mentioned that movers in my new state aren't as good as Minnesota movers, and I was skeptical. turns out, it's true! They do good job and I would recommend them.

the packers for GO2Movers Freight LLC showed up on time and were very professional and helpful. They worked very quickly. I had ordered four UBOXes, not knowing how many I would need. They estimated that it would take 3 UBOXes to pack all of my belongings. I told them that if possible I would like to get everything packed using only 3 UBOXes. By packing the boxes very tightly they only needed to use 2 boxes, which made me very happy. I give them a 5 star recommendation.

Go 2 Movers Freight LLC is FABULOUS. Dustin contacted me right after I scheduled the work date to introduce himself and confirm all of my specifications. Both he and Spencer arrived on time on the given date. They were are both extremely competent and professional in their work. In addition, they are a pleasure to work with! They loaded all of my household into the 20' truck with speed, efficiency and good humor. 1600 miles later we got ready to offload the truck. Everything with the move went good except the two workers spent too much time on their phones and we had to pay for an extra two hours. It took six hours to move a two-bedroom apartment, and that was with my husband and I helping so we could go faster.

My MacBook and iPad disappeared during the move. The movers were the only ones who had access between when I last saw my electronics and when I realized they had been stolen.

Employees went through a final walk through after job was completed with customer and she finalized with a signature per contract agreement with our company. Tipped our guys 20.00 each and called me personally to say they did a great job. 2hrs later customer claims her items are now stolen. Customer was offered an opportunity for my employees to go back and have police question them, help look and provide any and all information of theirs to her or with the police and she refused to let them come back to provide information. She will not provide me with a case # or contact number for the direct police dept. Or detective she spoke with as we are willing to offer any and all information on our behalf to clear their names and my companys name

Dustin and Lawrence were great and they finished the job in just under 2 hours. They both worked continuously and swiftly! Slight drop of a piece of furniture but did not seriously damage it.
