• Walter and Mr Robinson are very hard workers. I don't know that they took any breathers during the 3 hrs they helped me load my moving truck. They came with their own large dollies. They loaded them up 'high' to reduce number of trips. They remained focused on the job, yet we're gabbing pleasantly, nice to be around. (And very important to me, they did not smoke nor smell of smoke.) Would strongly recommend them any time!

• The movers contacted me in advance to confirm and schedule a good time. They showed up on time and did an excellent job getting our house packed up and ready for us to go. I have several glass cases and cabinets and had no damage at all during the drive, everything was well packed to not shift or move. Highly recommend this team for anyone looking to move and needing help.

• Robinson's Moving showed up and the move was completed in time. They even helped move a broken refrigerator to the trash and we appreciated that. However, when we got to our destination we discovered that they had broken a handle off of a shelving unit and placed the knob in the drawer. This was a bit of a disappointment as they didn't tell us that this had happened, instead they put the handle in the drawer and I guess hoped we wouldn't notice. There was a bit of damage done to another item, but it was the broken handle shoved into a drawer that really made the difference. They could have told us, but they chose not to.

  I don't mind taking responsibility for anything I do but what I won't accept is a flat out lie, this is why in my initial walk through I ask What all is going an what all is staying u said this this this an this is going an thats it so we packed according to what u told us what it really was was u seen how tight we were packing an u started adding additional after the fact so of course were deep into the truck past the tie off when u started adding u stay until the last 15mins of the move then left before u left u just cam yall just make sure enough space it left for the Tvs.. we did. so if everything you said is true why did your wife whom u said we use foul language in front of tip us or why did u give me all that furniture.. for future reference just tell the movers Everything Goes in the beginning to eliminate any confusion be bless an congrats on your move

• Omg i freaking loved them. My last moving vompany was 4 hrs late then canceled. I booked Mr. Robinson in the middle of the night around 2am. He called and texted me at 730 and said hed be here at 9am. 1. He arrived 30 minutes early. 2. He was off work and on his way out of town and accommodated me. 3. They moved everything in under an hr up 2 flights of stairs and nothing was broken. They were so efficient, professional, quick, funny, and overall amazing. Ill definitely book them for my next move when i get into the process of home buying. Highly recommend.

• The movers arrived on time. They acted like there was too much to move. Did not move all the boxes. Did not move one of the refrigerators. Complained about the weight of the furniture. Played on cell phones, disappeared when there was work to do. Did not put door back on bedroom. Did not move any tvs, washer or dryer, stove. Did not put the bed back together. Did not move dining room table. All in all, it was the worst experience I have ever had. Brandon stated he wasn't going to charge us for the extra time. Good thing. I actually heard them talking about what kind of tip they were going to get. We did give Brandon 40.00 but probably should not have.

  The thing customers don't understand is they assume if they book a certain amount of hrs an things don't get completed in the time they paid for we automatically have time to stay afterwards we have other customers on the books it would help to be Prepared when movers arrive to be ready to be moved and not still packing or were having to wait until yall clear off desks or clean out refrigerators etc.. that kills time its called moving helper for a reason were helping u move what you u should have already had Prepared so if you're going to give a review make sure its accurate with all the facts an not just a half version because you're upset that all your things didn't get on the truck in the time u paid for.. an even then I still stayed over for free!. An even then if everything u said was as u stated Why would u give a tip So im sure i know who this review was made by an it wasn't the person that gave the tip which im sure he had no problem with the work that was done..
