While we were kept up to date on the delays, this still had a negative impact on our day and timeline. Both of the movers where professional and handled the job quickly once they arrived. The only issue was the delay so suggest scheduling to be the first appointment of the day.

• We had Richard and Martin help us load a 26' truck. They were prompt, professional, courteous, and handled our belongings as well as if they were their own! Super hard workers! Only 1 small suggestion when helping shorter individuals move. They pack high and tight (to the roof of the truck) which is awesome if you're also tall. Being only 5' 10 and 5' 7 and delivering our household goods to a storage unit first without a step-stool present (moving out of state and having to make multiple trips before closing on our new home), it was a bit of a challenge to unload the truck without the top boxes falling on us. The solution, in our unique situation, would have been not packing higher than our tallest person's reach. It was comical most of the time until we got to the big screen TV. Then we were bracing boxes while simultaneously trying to slide the TV out from between the soft, protective mattresses. Again, only a problem, if you're shorter and don't have access to a step-stool.

• There was some uncertainty with our move so I waited last minute to look for help. I booked moving help at 9pm on a Friday night for a 9am move the next day (Saturday). Received almost instantaneous communication from Oliver after booking the request. Oliver and Matthew did an outstanding job! They showed up ready to work and moved a bunch of furniture for us. They are both local guys having gone to high school in Richmond. Highly recommend! Also recommending them to all family and friends and our real estate agent. A lot of times when you hire movers you don’t know what you’re getting. Pleasant surprise with these guys, no complaints at all A+++

• Arrived 45 minutes late and then sat at the front of the community. I had to call Oliver to find out where they were,. One guy worked harder than the other which was hard! At 53 with stage 4 lymphoma I worked harder than the other guy I think! Thank goodness 2 of my grown children were there to help also. I reached out to Oliver and told him, he told me not to worry about tipping. That’s just not me though, I was raised better than that! Probably wouldn’t recommend or use again!
