• Our move was a bit tricky because not everything was being moved. Some things were forgotten, but happily I was able to take them to the holding center and add to the boxes. Curtis and Damien were very nice and helpful, I could not have done it without them.

• Curtis and Damien were our moving team. They arrived at the time prearranged and started right in with loading into the one U-Box that was rented for shipping. They were friendly and courteous and pleasant! Worked quickly, knew exactly what to load and how to do it. They were finished in less than an hour. So worth it to have someone doing the loading! • Uhaul completed messed up my reservation dates. Moving King went completely above and beyond to help assist me and were able to get me what I needed the very next day. They drove from St. Augustine, to Jacksonville and then back to Daytona Beach were they were able to secure what I needed. Craig was AMAZING!!! He kept me up to date on the drop off and pick up of the container. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need. Great job guys!

• Scheduled a morning move - called them twice to confirm a time, but mover didn’t show up until noon and then it was just 1 person from a different company. Didn’t properly arrange everything in the boxes and tried to say some stuff just wasn’t going to fit. Did a quick rearrange of 1 box and was able to fit 3 more large items! Misplaced 1 of the locks and I had to go buy another. Overall a horrible experience.

  We had a guy who couldn't make it but we still showed up. You was told that your couch was way too long and we could get it in but it was going to take up most of the space. You wanted it in which means that the 2 chairs could not fit no matter what we tried. Then you keep adding items with took more space. We didn't know you was unhappy about this experience especially after you tip my guy. And we never touch your locks. So we didn't lose it. I'm sorry you didn't get the same experience that all the rest of our customers got.

• They were overall good! I wish they had let me know in advance that my box containers would have been arriving separately as the move took much longer than I was expecting. They also did not bring tape to the move, but luckily I had some.

However, Moving King did not provide their workers with the proper equipment to move the U-boxes 2 at a time as was expected. Hence they could only bring one at a time; they need to make 5 20-m

• The moving help called us at 11:18 and told us they were on their way. At 1pm I called because they still did not show up and was told he was having car trouble but would be here soon. After another hour I called again and they said they were lost but when I tried to help give directions they said they’ll call back in a few minutes. After another hour I called again and asked if they were still coming and they said yes and then hung up the phone and never called back. • tis Ray at Moving King failed to return any of my phone calls. I left multiple messages for him to confirm the appointment. On the day of moving, Mr Ray finally contacted me and said he had injured himself and couldn't help me with my move and that his secretary should have called me which she didnt. As a result, I had to move everything with just my wife and I which too longer than what we were hoping. I would like a refund of my money since no services from Moving Help were used. I could not get another team of helpers from Moving Help because I could not figure out how to use my payment code as the source of payment. • Mike was good but the other guy was 14-15 years old, 120 lbs. soaking wet I wound up having to move a lot of stuff myself, doing what I hired these guys for. Didn't exactly get my money's worth.

• The crew was friendly. They were very prompt on the arrival time. However, they damaged two sections on the floor in the apartment and also damaged the wall. They also broke 3 plates of mine.
