Ordered 2 workers for 3 hours. Instead, 3 workers showed up for 2 hours. Was actually a great move because we were expecting rain and everything was loaded before the first drop of rain. Arrived exactly at the time they were scheduled. Very personable. Very efficient. We ordered the loading service because many of the items were too heavy for us. They moved them as if they weighed almost nothing....very strong men. Packed with precision and efficiency. Even leaving us with room in the UHaul boxes to add more items which we greatly appreciated.

Chipped a section of a wooden piece of furniture and scrapped up the wall, but nothing some glue and elbow grease can’t fix. Kelsey was great in communicating a schedule. We stuck to it. Tareeq was proficient in supervising Jeff and D'Amante. Everyone did a wonderful job. Nothing was missing the first time, so I hired again the second time around for a second truck load that I had in storage. They all customized my move requests to make sure that I could situate my belongings. Since the supervision was so good, the actual process was very efficient. Best to schedule a solid week ahead. This group is busy. I tried to give a safe experience by keeping the snowy sidewalk, driveway and parking cleared and salted. Yes, they worked in the snow warning, and did not call out since Scranton is having unpredictable storms all the time. Icy rain would be an anticipated exception, but it was not the case for today's project.

I would say I was rather happily surprised by these young men and how they handled my move.
