• I booked the trailer for 6pm pickup on the 8th and I requested moving help for the 9th. My confirmation said I would be contacted by Priority Moving within 24 hrs. I was not contacted. I tried to contact them, left a message, no call back. Then they called me on the 8th bc they thought that was my service date. I was able to schedule with them for the 9th and the move was successful. They said the payment code didn't work. I called Moving Help, 30-40 min que, requested a call back but haven't received it. The movers notified me an hour later that they got the payment. Not sure if the date of service had anything to do with the payment issue. Communication was frustrating.

• The movers weren't hour and a half late...no call to let us know and they didnt answer calls. We had to load ourselves. They only helped unload...when we got in touch with them they didnt even apologize...unloading only took 1 hour to do. No tip. Very bad experience.
