The person they sent today, Campos Tiera, was outstanding! He was such an knowledgeable and smart person when it came to the move, and overall a respectful Young man! Absolute worst! Day started and could not confirm a time just a window between 9-10. Scheduled 2 and only one showed. I wish you could post pictures but nonetheless I had to stop him reorganize everything he did and at that time he was complaining that the boxes were heavy. After sending him home Tom was able to pull 2 more guys to help which did a good job and fortunately they could not Zelle so I had them follow me to the atm approximately 2.5 miles away and during this time I could hear things shifting. Once getting to the atm I opened the door to see all of my stuff fell and after showing his team they left. So far I have a broken tv some glassware and still tbd. Tom has never apologized or acknowledged my text and to boot moving helpers are no help. They should have a stipulation that you have until the time you empty your truck to proceed with payment code and maybe vetted the companies they use and make sure they carry insurance.

My team was there at 930 Sharp waiting for you, My team also placed everything in your moving van exactly how you and your lady friend instructed them So you have to take responsibility that it was your micromanagement that cause your truck to be packed like it was we did it exactly as you instructed.

Terrible experience. The owner did not provide my contact info to the crew so they were waiting for an hour with no way to contact me. When the time reached the end of the ETA I was given, I called twice and no one answered so I left a voicemail and sent an email. Someone else texted me stating that one of the movers left because they waited too long so we only had one guy. About 40 min later, a second guy shows up. They sent a third guy as well because we were way past schedule due to poor communication. The movers themselves weren’t any better. One of them dropped a box down the stairs. Another spilled diesel from a tank all over my box of clothes. They tore apart my sleeper couch and scratched the heck out of it and the walls taking it out. All my furniture was equally damaged just as bad. This was the fifth move and Absolutely the Best Movers were THE WORST I’ve ever encountered. The owner wanted to charge for the extra time but I incurred more out of pocket expenses due to them.

This was by far the best moving company we have ever had the pleasure of working with. Our movers withstood a six hour move going up and down three flights of stairs without an elevator. They worked so incredibly hard and took minimal breaks. The movers were very friendly and professional. We would hire them again in a heartbeat. Some of the hardest working movers we’ve ever had (and we’ve moved a lot). We can’t thank them enough for working so hard for us. 10 out of 10!

I had a great experience with the 2 guys that showed up. For those wondering, if you hire these folks to help you move, they bring the UBOX to you, unpack them and then take them back to the facility. No need to leave for a few days, it's awesome. They brought them in on a big white pickup. Parked perfect and put everything where I asked. Fun guys too, I really enjoyed them. I tipped cash as I recommend for any moving service folks, be sure to give the tip to both at the same time, not to one person (learned that the one guy might keep it!). These two were happy to split. They were also in and out in less than 2 hours.

Oh my goodness! Tom and his helper were so amazing! They got more into the box than I thought would be possible. They ended up being able to take an entire row of bins that I didn’t expect to be able to fit. Tom had everything packed in snug and I’m confident it will all arrive in great shape! Moving helper was scheduled for 9 am 12/14. He called me at 730am and he said he would be here at 9 am. I texted him a few times as it was 930,10,11,1130. He finally called me and told me he had a hold on his account and he didn’t know when he could make it so I had to hire and pay someone else to come move my stuff. I had to move all my stuff outside and it ended up raining and ruining my electronics because he did not show up or communicate anything to me. I texted and called U-Haul around 7-8 times yesterday as they were annoyed with me and my issue. I want a refund to my card and I would like someone to call me about this as I am now out a lot of money because of this

We had two gentlemen help us. One was a very hard worker and did a great job packing the truck to get everything to fit. The other was was pretty slow, inefficient, and spent a good amount of time on his phone. We were ultimately charged with an extra hour, and I can't help but wonder if the latter had worked as hard as the former if the job could have been completed in the allotted time to avoid the additional payment. But overall, both handled our belongings carefully, and the help was exactly what we needed and the job got done. We would hire help again through U-Haul in the future.

Absolutely horrible. One mover was as old as my father and didn’t want to lift anything and tried to put everything on a dolly. Damaged the furniture, the walls, the treadmill. One mover was special needs and didn’t do much. The third guy had to listen to the old man who wasn’t giving him any instructions. I will never hire help off of moving help again. They also charged me for the full five hours when it took less than four and didn’t tell me my total wasn’t edited to the correct amount of hours. Absolutely pissed.

Booked the day before I needed the movers. Had to call twice before reaching the contact person who at first said he didn’t have the job. After giving him the order number he located the job and assured me he’d have a team for me the next afternoon between 1&2pm. At 2pm I got a call from the actual movers saying they would be there in 20 minutes. Forty-five minutes and with another call from me to them, they arrived. The team was one male and one female. I have zero problems with anyone as long as they can do the job. The lady was not that strong, but was super polite and did accomplish the job. Originally, I was going to have some heavier bedroom pieces, but didn’t. Good thing as the lady seemed to be near her limit physically. The man was also polite and professional. If they had arrived on time or given me notice earlier that they would be late, that would have been better. I’ve had better and far worse moving experiences. I’d rate this as average overall, plus for politeness.

Did not particularly enjoy working with these guys. They did show up on time, however they didn’t get started until about 20 minutes later due to trying to figure out where they wanted to start. I had 2 guys booked for 2 hours to unload a 15-foot truck to the 3rd floor of a 1-bedroom apartment (no elevator). Though I am sympathetic to and understanding of the heat and stairs, it should not have taken over 5 hours to unload. I have moved before with the exact same items to another 3rd floor apartment with no elevator, and it only took them about 2-2.5 hours. During the process, I was repeatedly old that about 3 hours total would be enough time for everything. I was okay with paying for 1 additional hour. Not 3. I felt like they deliberately took extra time, since they are paid by the hour and not by job. DO NOT book unless you are okay with spending more $$$ on the day of.

Communication was poor. I had to contact them the night before my move to verify that they were coming. I had to email and text addresses of both move locations. I had to make 2 calls on the day of the move as the movers were 45 minutes late. Two guys showed up in a car and they smelled like Marijuana. It took them 45 minutes to load 6 pieces of furniture. The movers were okay once they got going. No apologies from the contact (representative). He did not seem concerned about my move or that his movers were 45 minutes late. I would not recomend Absolutely the Best Movers. I'm not sure how they had 5 star reviews.

The 2 gentlemen that came to assist us with loading a uhaul were very polite and friendly. We had all of our items tore down and packaged for them. We just needed help to load the truck. It took the two of them all of 4 hours to load our truck. It took them so much time to load that we just cancelled the unloading part and hired another company for the next day. Calling ‘Absolutely the Best Movers’ the best is like calling ketchup soup a gourmet delight. First of all, it quickly became clear that ‘Absolutely the Best’ is just a fancy name for a moving broker. I booked with them, expecting their own trained team. Four men arrived, two from each of two separate moving companies. This immediately raised red flags, wasn't I supposed to be dealing with ‘the best’? Team A were professional, efficient, and genuinely careful with my belongings. They were the saving grace of the whole experience. Team B, however, looked and acted like they'd been recruited from a nearby bus stop. Unkempt, sluggish, confused, and filled with awkward conversations. Team A tried to compensate, but their efforts were overshadowed by the sheer incompetence of Team B.

The company had good Communication and no issues with professionalism however unfortunately they were over an hour late for our agreed start time. I hired three guys and only one was able To communicate with me. He was doing all the work and directing the other two guys. When he was busy they were just standing around waiting on his direction. None of them had any sense of speed. They were the slowest moving crew I have ever had and I have moved many times. I was disappointed with my crew. Not sure about other crews from this company but I would not recommend the crew I had. I asked at least ten times for the one guy to communicate with the other two that they should be moving things vs standing and waiting around. Overall I was not satisfied.

We felt like the gentlemen helpers were professional and polite, but also felt a little bit like they milked the clock instead of just working consistently. One example was one guy standing there in the truck not doing anything while the other guy strapped something to the side of the truck - and did not need help. They also walked super slowly, like there was no hustle or sense of urgency. This resulted in them spending an extra 30 minutes and we had to pay for a whole hour of labor. They started their clock when they pulled up and not when they started working. You wouldn't do that at a regular job. You don't clock in while in the parking lot. Overall, not a bad experience, but they could use some coaching and they ignored the coaching that I respectfully provided, or my suggestion of 'you can go ahead back inside to get the next load while he finishes the strapping' (first guy just stood there)

Tom and Zim (not sure if correct spelling) went over and above expectations to accommodate my difficult to access apartment location. Guys showed up almost 45min late. Called the day before to verify the time and Tom said it was ok. We get about 3hours and 45min into my 5 hour booking and one of the guys says he has to go and he’s the driver. So I finished the job on my own only to call Tom the next morning and he says there’s no refund for unused time as if I canceled them. His guys had to go and would’ve inconvenienced me by me having to wait around to send someone else or wait for his lead guy to go do what he had to do and then come back. Highly unprofessional to hire guys and send guys that don’t their own schedule or are aware of the booking time so they can complete the job.

Should be named Absolutely The Worst. Owner was communication avoidant, promised his help an easy job, one loader was great, while the other quit early, sat in his car and watch me carry the heaviest items with the other. Also, no hand truck or any moving equipment was brought. The owner is outsourcing and then dropping the ball entirely until it's time for a payment code. Despite all, I generously tipped as the real issues were with the owner.

These movers are the Absolute Worst Movers and Moving Help is absolutely No Help. The mover obviously had no idea how to load a truck and left the largest furniture for the last of 3 boxes. I heard him on the phone with the owner, that (he spaced on the sectional sofas) they walked by it nearly every trip in and out of the house. They broke my sectional by laying on the ground and kicking it to get it in the box and close the door, they scratched 2 of my tabletops by laying them on the road face down and they broke the legs off my desk by putting a couch on top of it! I went through the proper channels and got Zero help with my claim. The owner placed all of the blame on me, which is ridiculous, I didn't load the truck. I have in writing from U-Hauls insurance company that it was the Packing that caused the damage. Watch for a letter from my attorney Tommy Roberts.

Called when they were late, said a new crew would be there in about an hour. 2 hours later, they showed. Supervisor never said he was leaving. Left crew for us to transport. Crew was very friendly and did a good job. Really wasn’t expecting to transport crew and had to make a special trip out of our day to take someone home so they had room to ride in the uhaul truck. That was an additional hour of my time. One of the crew said they were going to drive the truck. What were they thinking? Didn’t happen!

My truck was not available although booked months in advance. The agent found a truck near Lake Okeechobee, which was two hours away. We began our trip to the agent and called him on the way, and he said he didn’t have such a truck. So I called the moving company and told them we’d have to do it in the afternoon which they said it was OK. I had to go to Ryder truck rental And rent the truck from them and the trailer. The moving people never showed or seemed interested in making something work. I’m very angry about what happened. I will probably never use U-Haul again. Please refund the money I paid for the movers, and I never wanna speak to them again .

If I could rate this company a ZERO I would!! They showed up on time and dropped two guys off. The guy in charge says to me, Where are you moving and I reply. He then states they are riding with you to unload. UNACCEPTABLE! I am a female and he expects me to take two men, whom I have NEVER met, on a hour car ride to do a job for me. I was driving the UHAUL and I said to him, How? he said one guy can sit in the middle. WHAT?? (illegal) My husband drove them in a separate car because we needed their help. One guy stated he was working for cash under the table (AGAIN illegal). Then we arrived at my new location. The 2 movers unloaded the U-Haul and carried 4-6 items up the 2 flights of stairs. My husband carried all the rest when I stated to them we had stairs. To top all this off, as they took my TV stand at of the U-HAUL truck my husband saw them drop it flat on its back (they broke the corner), in addition to that they set something on the top and left a hole in the top!

Wendel and David did an excellent job at unloading and helping me set up my new house. Not only did they work extremely hard but they also moved super fast. My mind couldn't keep up and before I knew it my whole place was put together! My wife also had this super heavy and fragile mirrored buffed and they took care of it as if it was there own. These guys are real professionals and very friendly people. I would get these guys again on my next move for sure. Excellent job!

Do Not Hire This Company. I paid for 3 movers and 2 showed up late, they had to leave to pick up the 3rd guy who was disheveled and inebriated. The company did not provide their movers with any PPE, no gloves, no back braces, no equipment. They were not experienced and damaged the front entry of the house while moving items as well as forcing items onto the truck causing damage to my belongings. I called the manager to discuss this with him and he said 'I see where this is going' and hung up on me. Horrible service! Do Not Hire!

Keith and Danny were great. The problem was that they were given an incorrect address for loading. They said the address they were given was in Ft. Myers instead of Naples. This caused a two and one half hour delay with loading. Keith and Danny were absolutely wonderful. I just booked another date for unloading. The Absolute Best Movers were great. Major issue is U-haul. Absolute went to pick up pod-told no trailers available-not for days. Yet I had a reservation to have it picked up & brought to me that day! I called the local number for uhaul, (not local) was told they could set up a delivery the next couple days but not with moving help. I want help; well sorry no. They can deliver only even though the moving help is another company I reserved through uhaul online. I asked why a reservation was made if there weren't enough trailers and U-haul customer service replied I do not have a crystal ball! I repeated the question. Then she volunteered to talk to her manager. When she came back she said the uhaul company would provide another trailer. Absolute tried to pick it up-were still told there were no trailers. I drove to uhaul, talked to them, same story, explained what I was told on the phone, then she talked to manager, they had another trailer. Called to get loaded, it was already loaded!?

I reached out to the provider with the phone number provided on the confirmation on the afternoon of the 8th when I placed the order and left a voicemail. No call was returned. I called again a few days later and again no call back. I then texted the number and no response. On the 15th I emailed the email on the order and received a message that they would call later that day. They did not. I emailed again on the 17th and was told I'd receive a call back later in the day. I did not receive a call. Having not heard from the provider I made other arrangements to unload the unit first thing Saturday the 18th as I was to return the truck that day. At 10:30am long after we had unloaded the unit two gentlemen showed up and I promptly and politely told them we had completed the task. I showed them the repeated attempts to contact them to which they replied they had just been assigned the task that morning form Absolutely the Best Movers (clearly not) Please refund the amount I've paid on

You need better communication. I had to initiate all contact. Movers were an hour late. No one called. When I called they said 30 minutes. No contact to say 1 hour. Movers got everything in the truck and it seems packed tightly. Men were quiet and did the work within the time allotted.

I confirmed my time and date with Tom but he did not show up when we agreed. I called twice and he kept saying he was on his way. I ended up loading and lifting everything with the help of some friends. Tom called about 90 minutes after he was supposed to be there but the move was already done.

We got 2 guys moving help, they were able to accomidate our tight schedule. We expected it to take 3-4 hours and they got it done in about 2 and a half! These guys move fast, im very satisfied.

They were NOT careful with my furniture or my house. They slid some of the furniture on it's side in the trailer and on the concrete which scratched it. They scratched the garage door multiple times.
