• !!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT BOOK . Not great at all, accessible is one guy then subcontracts others to do the moving. He didn’t show up morning of move then rescheduled for next day then didn’t show up again. Saying his truck broke down. Thankfully his subcontractors were great who were able to come the second day. Has been stating we’d get our refund for our 3rd person who never came but it’s been over a month. Not sure if he does this to everyone but will avoid.

  I apologize for the inconvenience of my truck breaking down. It turned out to be the engine so I no longer have that truck. I paid extra for another team to come out and provide services because I care dearly about my customers. The partial refund was issued, but because it shows as a hold it will fall off of the total balance. It will not reflect on your statement as a refund. Again, my apologies for the inconvenience.

• Accessible Movers were terrific! We were moving our college age daughter home and it proved to be more of a challenge than we had planned for. Robert and Sierra arrived on time to the rather esoteric address we gave them, and stepped right up to help manage a job that wasn't as organized as we had hoped. Upon arriving at the destination address, they took charge to ensure that the foul weather did not harm our goods, and got everything up or down stairs more safely and expeditiously than other movers we've hired in the past. This was an unanticipatedly disorganized move on our part, but they were able to roll with it and make sure it worked for us. With a little extra time left on their contract, they willingly moved furniture around at our house to save us work in getting our daughter moved home. I will definitely higher Accessible Movers again!

• we requested a crew of 4 for 3 hours to load a 4 bedroom home into a U-Haul. The crew that showed up was completely inexperienced. I asked how long they had been doing this, because they were obviously very very young. The oldest member of the crew was 20 years old. One of the crew members shared that it was his first day on the job. They literally taught that crewmember how to use moving straps while moving our home. We let them know that several of our furniture pieces were very important to us and were vintage. Upon unloading one of those dressers, we found arched scratches caused by the metal portion of the moving straps. I contacted this company requesting a refund for at least a percent of the charges since one of the four helpers had no business being there. They did not respond. The kids were also completely unprofessional, commenting about how they didn’t like their manager and about the things in our home instead of focusing on their job. Do not recommend!!!

Reserved moving help (unloading truck and moving into a 4th story apartment) with less than 26 hours advance notice and could not have been more pleased with the professional moving services and support provided! Worked with Rahman (owner) & Ryan (on site mover-helper) and they were terrific! The on-site mover-helpers were EARLY, courteous, FAST, extremely helpful AND experienced. The mover-helpers were very careful with ALL the belongings. They were also very innovative and creative in how they expertly handled odd-shaped (& extremely heavy) furniture. Every single item moved was handled with great care! Not a single bump, dent or scratch and they took every precaution to ensure there was no damage to the moving truck. • We got 3 guys, and Rahman and both of his helpers were outstanding! Rahman was a true professional, and he made a lot of great choices in moving furniture and packing our 26 foot Uhaul. I drove the truck over 500 miles (including through the mountains of West Virginia) and nothing shifted and nothing was broken! They were also just pleasant people to work with. I definitely recommend hiring these guys!

• Everything went great except for 2 things. The first is that when they showed up they smelled like weed and got that smell in my 65 year-old parents house they've been living in for over 20 years. We had to air it out after they left. The second problem is one of the movers had a box rip open and broke my Xbox 360. Upon asking about what they could do about it they blamed me for not taping the box properly and he claimed the mover was holding the box correctly. This was not the case because he was not holding the box from the bottom like I did when I initially moved it. If he had held it from the bottom it would not have broke open. Not to mention this was the man who smelled like weed with a weed pen hanging from his hip. Everything else was great. They were awesome guys and did a great job outside of those 2 things and would be 5 star rating if not for those problems.

  It is unfortunate that you had a partially negative experience. We aim to provide the best service while making our customers comfortable and keeping their belongings safe during their move. I would like to note that boxes are made with handles on the side so that they can be carried by the handles, without holding the bottom, if packed properly. However, I was present during the move and my employee had one hand securing the bottom of the box but it was filled with heavy electronics and only one strip of tape. The box came undone, due to not being properly taped, and the contents fell onto my workers foot. There was no concern about his well-being and most customers apologize for not packing a box properly being that they understand it is not our fault if something they have packed comes undone. None of my employees smoke and have never been accused of smelling like weed, but I will look into it further.

• Pros They were able to move all of larger items from the moving truck into the apartment which was great. I also thought they were efficient with their unloading time and friendly. Cons They showed up a little late for the job. Also their moving cart they used to bring in my larger items scratched the floor which now shows those scratches. Finally, when they helped assemble the legs of my bed I think someone screwed on the legs at the wrong angle as the screw was stripped and more difficult to remove to put the bed frame back on. Overall, I feel they did a good job of getting everything in here undamaged and were friendly, efficient movers.

  Thank you for the positive feedback and critiques. We will have to check our cart since the wheels are supposedly scratch proof and can recommend a remedy for any minor scratches. Our estimated ETA was 4.30 and we arrived at 4.34, which isnt typically considered late. We provide estimated arrival times since we are traveling for hours to several different locations each day. Moving forward we will work on making sure our customers understand our timing estimates. • Very disappointed. First, they moved exceptionally slow. I realized early on where the last group moved me in within two hours, this group would take three or four for a one bedroom unit. However, I accepted the extra cost. Yet, after three hours, they left because one of the movers had another job. I accept moving slow, but not finishing the job when they took 25 to 30 minutes between trips is unacceptable. Paid them cash for the extra hour, but should not have since I had to find other help to finish the move. I recommend you look elsewhere.

  You had us use a passenger elevator when there was a freight elevator. Then we had to walk a long hall from your door to elevator then another long walk through hallways to your truck. Nothing was taken a part. The time it took was not due to our capabilities. We like efficiency but we did it the way you wanted.

  We are sorry you feel that we didn't have the necessary equipment, however we provide labor services. Our customers provide the truck and equipment. We do use gloves and back braces for safety.
