The movers did arrive 30 minutes late with no communication but once they were there the guy were great! They moved so quickly and went the extra mile to make sure everything was done. I would definitely recommend for anyone and would use again myself for any future move. I tipped them directly and thanked them for their help.

Movers were confirmed to be scheduled at 1030 AM. I did not hear from anyone the morning of the move regarding a change in schedule or time. After much delay and multiple attempts to contact the company, Roy replied that they had finished the previous job and were on the way. There was another delay and Roy continued to not answer multiple attempts to contact. Movers showed up around 1PM, 2 and a half hours late! They had no idea what was going on. Terrible communication and poor professionalism. Zero stars for the owner and direct supervisor of this crew. However, once the crew arrived, they were pleasant and efficient. I can only rate the actual movers as positive

These poor guys unpacked a 20' Uhaul trailer, into a second floor apt with IMPOSSIBLY tiny stairwells. Zero damage to my belongings or apt, they even offered to come help me unload into the storage. And all while it was snowing. Highly recommend.

This moving company is top notch. They were very respectful of our property, offered additional help where needed and were kind and ready to do the job with a smile on their faces. Jimmy and his partner were expedient and careful handling my precious and fragile antiques, everything was logically perfect and everything was in pristine condition after being loaded and unloaded. Pro Fit Movers were amazing! Very professional and communication was top notch. They were a bit late due to tea situation out of their control but they kept up posted the entire time. Roy and Tim were punctual, professional, and efficient. They were so quick I couldn’t believe it. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for moving help. They bring pads and plastic to wrap around your furniture. They assess the situation before they begin moving anything and will do a final walk-through of each room with you to make sure that they have gotten everything. Amazing movers.

Pro Fit Movers are THE best choice when hiring movers. They communicated with me for confirmation when I reserved the date of our move, a week ahead to confirm the time, & the morning of our move to let us know when they would arrive. Once here, they were extremely organized & moved quickly through the job. They were so nice too. They even moved items into our garage to make pick up of those items easier. They helped us clear up some leftover boxes & paper from the basement to our garage to make it easier for us to load. We wanted our things moved to a storage unit & they helped us get all of our things into the storage area so everything fit easier. They were extremely nice & efficient the entire time they worked with us. I dont think we could have found better service anywhere else. I would totally recommend Pro Fit Movers over any other company. This is a five star company.

Roy did a good job of communicating, even when times had to shift. Even so, Paul and Riley arrived later than expected. They explained that their previous job had been much larger than expected. Both guys were polite and worked very hard, but they were clearly worn out from their previous job, and both said they were experiencing back pain and muscle cramps. We offered them water, because they did not bring any to the worksite, even though the temperature was in the high 90s. Really appreciate the hard work and good communication, but concerned that the movers were overtasked for the day. They didn’t have much left in the tank when they arrived at our house. I don’t think they would have been able to finish the job if I had not already unloaded part of our 15-ft Uhaul truck.

We cannot imagine a better experience! They called to let us know they would be 20 minutes late and then showed up right when they said. Everything was carefully packed into our rental truck. They even brought their own stretch wrap to wrap and protect our furniture. I can highly recommend these guys!!

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN PRO FIT. They left all the largest furniture and garage items for last-- giving us no choice but to pay for an extra hour, as we couldn't lift those things ourselves..ie, the reason we hired them in the first place. Then they tried to hurry and get it done in the hour, throwing my furniture in every direction, ripping a hole in my leather chair, scratching the tops and fronts and legs of many items in their rush. We had ordered them pizza n soda...which the sat and enjoyed for 15-20 min. In the middle of moving. We also tipped them an entire hours worth and gave them a recliner, exercise bike and child's expensive push bike. The boss then asked for a good review, because he said the guys worked some extra time! They also complained about our heavy boxes, but none of them were remotely too heavy for even my wife. I would never ever ever use Pro Fit Movers again. Not ever. If you do, make sure they pack the truck with the heavy stuff first, not last.

This is sad that you will run into a Karen every once in while Do not Take This review Seriously None of this is true; if you want everything to fit in one load you can not just load a truck with the largest items first you have to strategically pack it with large and small items .And if there was a problem why would you have tipped the movers

Team had called to let me know a previous job would make them 30 minutes late which was very appreciated, communication overall was prompt and very easy Jim and Tim were extremely nice and did their best despite not having a Dolley or other equipment, packed U-haul truck well and made sure I knew where certain items were were not the most gentle with some of the larger items but there was no damage to breakable items, just some cheap Wayfair furniture that came apart during the move that could've been handled different Both men made me feel at ease despite being a woman alone, and overall were extremely easy to work with and pleasant Would definitely hire again!

We were absolutely thrilled with the service we got today! He was super communicative prior to the move and gave me total confidence that he and his associate would be there at the agreed upon time. They showed up right on time and knocked out this 2 BR apartment in just under two hours, they wasted absolutely no time and expertly loaded the truck like Tetris pros. Roy went above and beyond in multiple ways - he was kind enough to use his own tools to assist in taking apart the bedframe, as well as removing brackets for my curtains. Fiance got a flat tire outside our apartment and he even offered to help with putting on the spare. Also let us borrow a furniture strap to keep our items secured! Can't say enough good things about Roy and his service - super professional, polite and efficient. If you're on the fence about which movers to hire - you cannot go wrong with ProFit. They will be my first call next time I move!!

We hired these guys to load a 8x8x16 Pod for us. They arrived on time and went right to work loading all the boxes we had. When they were done with what we had boxed there was still a lot of room in the Pod so they helped us go thru our house and prepared and packed additional items to fill the Pod. Jeff and Cody from Pro Fit Movers arrived at our apartment right on time, and within 2 hours the entire truck was expertly filled with our belongings. They were quick, efficient, and very kind! This was the best service I could have possibly imagined. Roy and Justin were extremely communicative and showed up right on time. I was literally in shock at how fast they were able to get everything moved out of our house and into the UHaul well treating every item with total care. The gentleman that moved us were AWESOME. The mice was difficult because we were moving 4 different locations into 3 different places. In addition we needed movers that could lift and stack but we also needed professionals that could work in an environment with adults with intellectual disabilities and special needs. We originally had 4 people scheduled for 3 hours. One person showed up on time. An hour later 1 other person showed up. I called the company a couple of times and got told that the rest of the crew was on the way. Finally the first guy that go there said no-one else was coming. I need up canceling the move and rescheduling for the amount of people that actually showed up.

You way over ordered for the job 2 guys finished in 2 hrs. And 3 people were there from the start you just don't seem to think a woman is not equal to a man. She was sent to work and worked with 2 other workers. Bottom line is we got the job done and quicker than you ordered and seem to have an issue with it.

Roy and Justin could not have been more professional and more efficient in unloading my U-Haul not once, but twice. A dining room suit went to my daughter's house before the balance of the contents came over to my new home. They went above and beyond to be sure my bed was set up for the night and made an astounding leap getting my antique headboard up over the back porch on the second floor when we were unable to fit it up my rather narrow stairway. After U-Haul booked me with two different companies who did not respond to me at ALL and left me hanging the day of my move, Pro Fit Movers was available to help me. I was so stressed from the other companies that had ghosted me, and Roy (the owner) was so kind and professional.
