• Jason and company did an excellent job of packing our truck. The load did noticeably shift over a 700 mile trip. I had to change schedule at last minute because of U-Haul foul up, and Jason was very accommodating and communicated clearly through the process. Highly recommended!

I would HIGHLY recommend Jason's Moving Company to anyone in the GFK &693 FAR area and MN side of the river. I will be using Jason's again for my next loadout and drop in December. • They were really slow. Took way too many breaks. Too slow to arrange things. Kept huge empty spaces and left things unloaded. I have moved 6 times last 7 years. It was one of the worsts.

  First off I'd like to say is you had a fully packed 20' uhual truck and you say we're slow but when you book only 2 hours for loading a 3 bedroom townhouse and we loaded everything in 3 hours I'd say that's pretty fast and then we unloaded the truck in an hour and a half and you booked 3 hours and1 break is to many when it's 90+ degrees outside we should have taken more but we wanted to get the job done!!

  First off not sure why the low ball review as we got everything that was loaded in the truck unloaded up stairs, no damages, and completed in the time requested, and the stuff that we didn't get was because your wife told us to leave that for yourself too do, we were earlier then the time I quoted you that we'd be there, we came prepared with our own dollies, so guess I'm not understanding your star rating you have my company!!!

• By far the worst moving company I have ever used! They get one star because no star is not an option. It started with the owner sending me multiple text messages the morning of the move wanting me to give him the code to get paid before the service was done. When I didn't reply he called and gave me a sob story about wanting to pay the movers before the weekend. The workers were extremely slow. I gave them a 15-20 minute break in the first hour because we had to cut a lock on the storage. To my surprise less than an hour later they announced they were going to take another 15-20 minute break. They were only hired for 2 hours. They did not finish the job and tried to get me to hire them for another hour at $150. I said no so they called their boss who called me and said they would do another hour at a discount, $140. I said no. They dropped stuff, damaged a number of my items, did not load stuff properly. Could not be more disappointed by this company!!!!!

  Well first thing I'd like to say is that when I messaged you right away asking for the details of the job it took you 5 days to reply to me as I always message every customer right away so my guys can come prepared, and you only mentioned that they would be loading a truck not a trailer as well so there was miss communication on your part as well, plus you had way more things then what could fit in a 26'uhual and trailer and they loaded both very high and tight and the extra time was so that my guys got compensated for the time they worked after the job was scheduled to be done as when you book my services it's only an estimation on your part for the time as some jobs take longer then what's scheduled to get as much in for you to take with so you don't have to come back later and finish yourself.

• I gave the mover all important information regarding the move including the weight of the item, a picture of the item, and a video showing how to complete the job. He called when onsite and treated the customer very unprofessionally and then proceeded to tell me he would have to charge me an additional $400 for the move. Ridiculous and terribly unprofessional. I told him I would not pay the additional charge and told him he could leave.

  I see your concerns but I've been doing moving for 15 years and I feel that using straps aren't as safe as using your arms and back as you have more control over dressers boxes, bins, etc. And using a dolly helps conserve or bodies and we make less trips to get the job done in a safe and manageable way.

• My landlord refinished the hardwood floors and was adamant about not damaging them. As soon as they left I found two giant gashes in the floor. One was 2 feet long and the other a foot long.
