• The company and staff themselves were terrific! Very professional, timely and hardworking. But it was raining and they unfortunately drug many of our items through the mud to get them into the truck. I just wish they had let us know about it while they were loading and we could have helped find a solution, gotten them towels or a tarp. Two mattresses and box springs (one of which was in a mattress bag but somehow the one side that wasn’t closed apparently touched the ground.) were ruined.
