  • I recently hired Andrew and Tristen to help with my move into a new apartment, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, they were prompt, professional, and incredibly efficient. They arrived right on time and immediately got to work, handling everything with care and attention. I had a mix of heavy furniture, boxes, and some fragile items, and they treated each piece as if it were their own. Nothing was damaged, scratched, or misplaced, which is something I really appreciate during a move. What impressed me the most was their attitude. They were friendly, respectful, and clearly knew what they were doing. Even when we ran into a tight corners and elevators at the new place, they navigated it all without complaint or issue. Moving is always stressful, but this crew made it feel easy. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing reliable and professional movers.     Alex booked us online for the two hour minimum to unload his uhaul. I spoke to him two weeks before his move. One hour before the job he texted saying he had already done most of the work himself and only wanted us for one hour. I told him that per moving help policy we still had to collect for the two hours but offered to assist with furniture assembly or any other tasks to make use of the remaining hour. He then asked us to come back in two weeks to complete the remaining hour. I explained we can't do that, per policy. I said the if he booked us for another job of at least two hours I would credit him the unused hour. He refused. I also told him he could cancel for a full refund. We arrived on time, worked efficiently and received compliments from himself and his family. However, when it came time to collect the payment code, he made condescending remarks about the cost and was upset that we wouldn't break policy for him. Despite my best efforts he remains unhappy.

    I tried my very best to make you guys happy. There is only so much I can do when the two customers are not communicating with each other and arguing. Myself and my crew were stuck in the middle of trying get you guys to communicate with us. Communication is always going to be key and I did my very best to try to communicate with you. You called 2 days before your move asking for a 3rd guy. I did my best to oblige, but made no promises. I was then told you were upset about not having a 3rd guy when I clearly stated that, on such short notice, that was unlikely. I can't make everyone happy. I really, truly tried with you and your lovely wife. I even asked you to call me and talk with me. Instead I find out that you are unhappy through a review. I would have loved to know this and work with you to resolve this in person.

  • COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I cannot recommend using Andrew (Easy Pro Movers). When we spoke on the phone, I said my biggest priority was moving my treadmill. He said that he's moved a lot of treadmills and it was no big deal, but it became a big disaster. On moving day, Andrew arrived at the start time but immediately made a phone call. (Not cool.) I wish I had disassembled my treadmill myself. Instead of carrying the treadmill or using his dolly, he damaged the wheels, worse of all, because it couldn't fit through the front door, I paid him extra to disassemble it enough to get it inside. However, he used a power drill, against the disassembly instructions. Then because his drill had a low battery, my brother-in-law stepped in with his drill and stripped the hex nut. When I asked Andrew to resolve the issue that I was paying him for, he refused and wished me 'Good Luck.' Steer clear or you, too, might be out of luck if you choose this company.

    2 guys for 2 hours to load and then unload a 26ft. This is unrealistic, I try to explain to no avail. Load then Unload multiple couches,chairs,dressers,mattress,boxes,treadmill. I learn that the treadmill has been assembled in the basement. We manage to get it out. Everything loaded and head out in 1 hour! Tiny doors at new place. Jayne will take it apart for time, then she asks me to do it. No manual given, look it up on my phone. I have my guy continue moving furniture. I disassembly and get it inside. Now there's a very narrow hallway leading to a 29inch wide door. Her brother in law then strips the bolt. I tell her that it will be a better use of her money to have us continue moving furniture, she agrees. She tips us and thanks us. Only later do I start getting harassed in a phone call from her and then a multiple paragraph text, I simply texted, I did not strip that bolt your brother in law did. We did our very, very best in the short 2 hour window. I wish you the best of luck
