Very thankful for there help. Do not ask for anything extra because they’ll tell you no charge and at the end of the two hour work load.. things change and they try to convince you that you made a promise to pay extra fees. If you do not know how to drive a uhaul, I encourage you to bring your own

Thank you. Yea, all moving help providers charge extra for driving your truck. So we did NOT charge you the regular fee but gave you a discount. Just so the public knows the extra fee you’re referring to is $15.00 that you paid for an extra stop to load extra items that you did not mention in your initial order. Clearly you couldn’t afford to hire professional movers. We don’t do favors, our services cost.

Workers who do not drive are transported to job sites. Workers arrived early customer was notified. They were literally around the courner. Advised customer if she could swing around corner and pick them up said no! Service manager drove back 5 miles to get workers and drop the off to customer still on time. In business 13 years and we've seen it all. We did an excellent job for this customer and dropping workers off around the corner is no cause for a low rating. But we're blessed and highly favored.

They worked very hard and steady. Sam was in charge but he does need more training in some of the procedures because there were a lot of new scratches on our furniture.

We worked extremly hard for this UNORGANIZED customer! We spent 9 1/2 hours, packing, loading, and cleaning a 3b/ 3 story house!! We had another customer CANCEL so that we could please him!

The three of them were two hours late and took smoke and phone breaks about every ten minutes. One person said it was too hot to work and refused to help with most of the work.

They were an hour late. They said they were not told it was a loading job,or that it was from a third story apt. One of the men was older,and had some difficulty with thethree flights of stairs
