• They broke several pieces of my furniture, and left multiple dings, dents, and black marks on the walls of the apartment.. As soon as the movers arrived to unload they started to take pictures to document how poorly the truck was loaded and how much of my furniture was damaged. They were shocked at how poorly we were treated. They broke my garage door! It was working fine until after they left, then it suddenly stopped working. They were very slow, then tried to charge additional fees to actually finish the job. Definitely do not recommend.

• These movers only moved 9 items in two hours from one unit to another in the same apartment complex. One gentleman was very polite and was doing most of the work while the other waited around by the truck. Complete waste of money. I would recommend you select a different service.

  we moved 13 items they rented a 10-ft truck they had nothing to cover their furniture with I had two moving blankets to protect what I could king size and queen mattress two nightstands took up the first load and we had to lay the dresses on their back so they would not fall over while transporting to the other side of the apartment complex sorry that did not realize how much time that would take

  You ordered a 2 hr move for load and unload, you are supposed to get one or the other , you did volunteer to help move the 300lb safe with 3 other people, 2 people don't move a safe that size down 3 story staircase on an older home , when I spoke with you, you made threats and nasty name calling.   I spoke with both workers separately, they were both shocked by your comments, you gave them a 100.00 tip , which also makes no sense if you were unhappy, when I spoke to you and explained the one worker doesn't touch alcohol, you said "he didn't smell of alcohol, he was great !" It is a bit confusing when you are telling me what a great job he did after I informed you he doesn't drink .. On the issue of them supposedly taking cash , cash tips are perfectly fine , you informed me that you read many reviews of different movers to find out cash payments eere supposedly happening, I'm not sure why you would be looking at other companies reviews after the job .
