Andrew and his team worked hard without complaint. They moved my antique piano and my very heavy marble top table with extra care.   • Due to another job some distance away, the crew was late arriving. The owner arrived with the 2-man crew and was totally professional and courteous, as was his crew. I had more stuff to load than expected, but they did the job until complete, going beyond the contracted time. The heat of the day was rough, but they stuck with it and got it done!   • UHaul absolutely butchered our order and we were unable to get our firdt of four UBoxes until 6PM. Andrew and his crew still packed our boxes efficiently, expertly, and with great care, driving 20 miles each way 3 different times to get the rest of our boxes. Instead of rescheduling due to late hours, they stayed through the night ensuring we got what we paid for even though UHaul didn't. They were at our house still returning our boxes at 5 the next morning. I may never use UHaul again, but I'd gladly use Az Valley Movers over and over again. Never once did they complain, never once did they stop giving excellent service, they were the best.

  • We all know that movers can either make or break you. These guys were outstanding! Andrew, Roscoe and Matthew did an amazing job for me loading my truck. They were on time and had a system in place to get the job done (led by Andrew). I still can't believe how wonderful they were - use these guys and you will not be disappointed. Also, pls. tip your movers. It's not an easy job especially in the dead of AZ summer. I'm still in awe of what a positive experience this was and I am truly grateful.   • I cannot rave about these movers more! Just excellent service, polite and they really took care of all our things, they even took of their shoes because I mentioned the carpets were just cleaned. My partner was skeptical to say the least when she found I ordered them for the second day of our move, and they exceeded her expectations to the point of her saying we should just hired them for all of our move.   • These guys were great! Went above and beyond and took care of my belongings like they were their own. I've never seen a pod packed with such care, they made sure every nook and cranny was filled so the load wouldn't shift. They even covered the floor to keep my items clean!   • Andrew, Roscoe and John make a great team. Andrew, the crew lead (and company owner), masterminded the loading process while Roscoe and John staged the furniture, boxes, and totes from the house and garage out to the 16-foot container. Andrew did a trememdous job utilizing the available space and getting much more than I thought was possible into the container. He knew all the tricks to position our goods like a jigsaw puzzle to used every available nook and cranny for a very efficient and optimized load. It was actually interesting to watch.   • This company was very communicative and responsive throughout the whole process, from making my appointment, all the way to making sure I was comfortable and settled in. These guys were quick but sufficient and safe with my stuff. They also had their own straps and tools to have stuff secured in the uhaul truck I rented. They were on time and friendly.   • Andrew (the owner) and Nick were great movers, hauling a ton of heavy items up a second floor staircase, and even helped me unpack and get the legs back on my large flat screen TV. My only complaint is that they were quite a bit later than I expected, and I wished communication was a little better overall (i.e., I had to reach out to them to confirm booking, rescheduling, as well as timing on the morning of the move). That said, they did call to tell me they were running late, and they did a good job with all of my stuff, including taking apart and putting back together a bed that was incorrectly loaded by the previous mover.   • GREAT DAY for a MOVE! The guys were a little delayed- but called to keep us in the loop. So that happens sometimes. So their communication was very good. We were contacted prior to our moving day to confirm day and time and location. The guys showed up ready to work. ALL were personable and engaging. They worked consistently and diligently through the heat of the day and frequently asked us for input as to what needed to be transported. The crew stayed an extra 2 hours to get the job done- with smiles on their faces and as pleasant as the time they arrived! GREAT CREW! GREAT EXPERIENCE!! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!!

  • Hi! We had ordered help on 7/27. I didn’t realize that my credit card declined the charge(due to being suspicious) and we just reserved this afternoon for tomorrow morning. It’s such short notice but we haven’t heard from anyone if/or when they will arrive and we have a neighbor helping. AZ Valley Movers communicated efficiently, hustled non-stop (with taking the utmost care of my possessions), and stuck through the job despite my severe miscalculation of time needed. They mentioned that the specified unloading address in the order was out of the zone of their quoted rate.   • First I want to say, please get insurance if they are moving you. The owner is great and helps with taking down things but the employees move slow and take forever to position items in a truck. As if they are not paid by the hour. Secondly, they broke a major item and though the owner said he would replace it we never heard back. It was late in the afternoon when they arrived and was their last job for the day so they must have been tired, but they worked hard and got it done with time to spare. They brought the right tools for the job and we're super careful with my stuff wrapping everything they could with furniture blankets before strapping it down with the straps they brought with them.
