• These guys were AMAZING! I would definitely recommend them! I was running late (and very frustrated) because the loading team -not them- was extremely slow. They were understanding and helped calm me down. From the moment I got there they jumped in and got to work. They were friendly, polite, showed care for my home and my belongings, and hard workers. • Jason and Ethan arrived early and immediately got to work. They were very efficient and methodical packing up the truck. I was really worried about my large couch making it out the door and down an awkward stairwell, but the team navigated this with ease. They loaded the truck in less than an hour and everything made it to my destination safely and intact. Plus, Jason was very communicative ahead of time to ensure we were on the same page about the move. I highly recommend Grand Valley Movers and would hire them again for my next move!

• Jason reached out by text immediately right after I made the reservation online. He asked about the time to start and items that we need help with. When I reached out by text the day before, he quickly responded with answers. He and his crew arrived on time and did an excellent job with moving our things. • Grand Valley was well worth paying a little additional money. TRUST THESE GUYS TO HANDLE YOUR MOVE!! Jason worked his schedule to accommodate our changing arrival and move in days. The guys showed up early, got their plan in place, and had truck unloaded in less than an hour. Jason was easy to contact via text and phone with timely responses. We communicated with him off and on during our drive to let him know we had gained some time and hoped to move in two days early.

Our two movers worked extremely well together and remained calm and professional even though it was a hot and muggy day and the couch was very difficult to get out of the apartment. • I could not recommend anyone better! I have absolutely nothing bad to say about Jason and Chris. I am pretty sure they are the hardest working people I know. Jason and Chris were amazing! They helped me unload my car from the trailer, moved the U-Haul to a spot that was easier for them, they unloaded a 26ft uhaul trailer in under 2 hours and they helped me reattach the car trailer back to the uhaul. They were great! They kept asking ‘what’s next’ we didn’t have to guide them, they just knew what needed to be done and they got it done. They handled our items with care and would ask where to put the items. I also really appreciated that Jason texted me about 10 minutes after booking them last minute to confirm my booking, time and what services were needed. They both were on-site ready to go before I showed up with the uhaul. Next time we moved, we are calling Jason and Chris. My Fiancé and I saved Jason’s number just in case for when we move out of our apartment.
