• I arranged a last-minute appointment just a day before the official move. While I noticed some unfavorable reviews, I decided to take a chance. Right after booking with this team, their communication was outstanding. They arrived promptly, displayed courtesy, and worked diligently without taking breaks. They were flexible with the extended time required. Even though I had ordered moving equipment, David and Austin demonstrated their strength and capability to complete the job without it. They didn’t waste any time. I wholeheartedly recommend this company for their exceptional service, clear communication, professionalism, and empathetic understanding. Thank you once more! • These guys were absolutely amazing! Our move went WAY over the time that Uhaul predicted and they stayed until it was done. They were really careful in loading the truck to keep everything safe and careful not to bump into any walls. There was zero damage to any items or any walls in the old or new house. Super friendly and they worked great together as a team. They truly cared about what they were doing. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

• Justin and Dylan were amazing! They really hustled and unloaded my packed to the gills 15' Uhaul in no time! The company I hired to load the Uhaul soent 2 hours loading and it was MAYBE half full and it was loaded so terribly I had to repack what was accessible and finish packing the other half of the Uhaul, and I am disabled. It took me and a 79 year old also disabled friend 3-4 hours to fix and complete the load. Justin and Dylan unloaded in less than 2 hours and they never stopped moving, never took breaks, did nit ask me for something to drink (all things the loaders did). Big Time Movers so far surpassed my loaders. I have to do a second Uhaul next week, and I am having Justin and Dylan do my load and unload of that Uhaul. To sum things up, I was very impressed by the work ethic of these two, and they did a great job, were very polite, nevet once got annoyed or frustrated with my Type A personality or me not knowing right away where I wanted some items. 6 stars!

• Justin told me Uhaul doesn't allow them to bring dolly's or wrap furniture. I called Uhaul, they stated not true. they were late, told me he would not leave me hanging, which he. I bought covers for washer and dryer, sofa, mattresses, box springs. Which I found on the truck in original package unopened. He also assured me mattresses would not touch the ground, not only did they, my expensive bed bug covers I had on them were dirty & ripped. the sofa had no cover on it when I got to my destination. I told them I wanted all appliances, furniture on truck 1st. He insisted on building a box wall then doing mattresses, box springs. they literally put my trash on the truck, boxes were turned upside down. products spilled and were all over. I repeatedly asked them to put furniture on truck 1st, Lots of my furniture is damaged and broke. I paid them to do a job, that they clearly didn't do. I would never recommend them to anyone and regret what tip they did get.

  I'm sorry for your situation. You told me to pack big things on the truck but also told me everything had to go. I refuse to step on your dressers to put boxes in the addic I refuse to step on furniture to pack boxes on top of furniture bcz you wanted me to stack every big peice of furniture in the truck before we touched one box. You made it a vary hostile environment by instantly asking me and my crew if we knew what we were doing and you constantly degraded my guys the whole time they were moving.. And also told one of my employees to shut the f### up. But we stayed even tho out of the 4 guys you ordered all of them wanted to walk off the job for the way you guys were handling the situation. We did show up 30 minutes late. And couldn't find the UHaul bcz it pulled in after we arrived. We're sorry you feel this way. We also loaded all of your big furniture items the only thing left was boxes. I never said UHaul told us we can't wrap furniture. Just we can't bring our own equipment

• Overall I was extremely pleased with our experience. My only real issue was the communication leading up to the move, as we never received a confirmation from the movers on arrival time until I reached out. At that time (one day before the move), I was told that they couldn't arrive at the 8am time I had booked, due to their distance from our home, but instead would arrive at 9. Unfortunately they did not arrive until 30 minutes later. Other than this, we were very pleased and would definitely use them again. Thank you!

• Big Time Movers did a great job loading up our two U Box containers for us. They were initially three hours late, but were fantastic once they arrived- they knew exactly how to take care of it all!

• I was not able to get a hold of Big Time Movers on the day of the move to inquire as to why they were late or when they were coming. An hour after they were scheduled (and confirmed two days prior) no one showed up. Please refund the entire payment including the travel time and processing fee! This was a major inconvenience

• Justin and Jimmy were pretty good. They estimated only an hour and a half for completing the unload, but ended up taking 3 hours. Both were nice guys and worked hard to complete the unload.
