• They were initially late, but life happens. The 2nd helper was an hour late so I really didn’t have 2 people for 2 hours. The trailer wasn’t loaded with the heaviest in first and my trailer swayed the entire 9 hour drive. I feel bad being negative because he was very nice, but this is what happened. I tipped in person.

A senior solo woman, I was coming in from MT, long trip, they were so accommodating to my arrival time, I wouldn't have ever thought movers to be so willing , even happy, to scoot out schedule. • Super heroes! August is tough everywhere, but especially in Arizona. A 3rd floor apartment, wobbly outdoor concrete stairs, and the usual mid-August 108 degrees. These guys were amazing. Everything was loaded quickly and professionally. No shortcuts or damaged furniture. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I absolutely recommend these guys to everybody and will use them again in the future.

• Sumners moving help at first was very easy and understanding to communicate with, but on the eve of the unloading they could not be reached, finely on the day of the unloading, half hour before the scheduled unloading the father showed up, and bout 10 minutes later the son showed up in a bad mood, looks like he did not want to be there. This was very evident by his actions arguing with the father and his unloading practices, they (the two of them) started by just putting odd items were ever and did not utilize space , also putting boxes marked glass or fragile or do not stack under heavy boxes and furniture , On several occasions the father said the storage unit is to small and I should get another unit, WHICH I DID. And when I did this he still said we need another, we did not after I told him it will fit in this one if you do it right (IT DID), I left for15 minutes, when I got back, I found items broken or damaged and stuff stacked very badly, NEVER HIRE SUMNER BAD NO RESPCT

  I am sorry for your bad experience please keep in mind that two different companies were involved. As to our team, we unloaded, Our team informed you the truck had arrived with damaged items prior to even touching anything. Our team thought you were happy, as you did give them a tip. If there were issues as to our teams performance, they would have been glad to hear and resolve issue at time.
