• They did a good job of unpacking 3/4 U-boxes. The last box had to be delayed due to some technical difficulties and they have yet to come and unload it. They really need to work on their communication because it has been very poor and difficult to get a hold of them.

  How can you give a bad review when we got there you left and we did the job and was done early, Then you came back. Comm was handled by policy of U haul and we were on time and polite.

  I am sorry. When you placed the order , you didn't specify that your moving truck would be parked about a 1/4 of a mile from your place. They got you done on time in 90 + temps. With all the walking
