• Movers were running late to requested start time and did not communicate change in schedule. I had to reach out to inquire about expected arrival of movers, and was given a time 1.5 hours later than originally communicated. Movers were 2.5 hours late. The 2 men working had not been given the correct address and reportedly were unable to contact their manager for accurate information. Movers look more time loading items and did not provide enough time for unload so all boxes were placed in one spot and not carried up the stairs.

• The loading movers called me to tell me that they had a family emergency and couldn't come 2 minutes after they was suppose to be there, so I rented a truck on their word to be there and couldn't find other movers, so nothing got loaded and I don't have anything to unload, and spent almost $200 on a 15 ft U-haul for nothing. I wasted a day trying to find movers that I never found, and almost $200 on a truck I never used. If I can use the money for the truck, and movers I'll transfer for a future order, if not I need to be notified on when I'll have a refund, because I need to get my furniture moved but without the refund have no money to book someone else. Can't spend another $200 on a truck I can't use. Please email me and let me know

• Loading was great, 2 helpers and the boss, I believe. The boss left and they were lost about how to load and where to place things. The unloading was haphazard and rushed. Furniture and doorframes scratched, hardwood floors scratched, bed frame came apart and leg was missing for several days. It was a mess. The boss was great and while he was present, he communicated very well his team about how to move & load things, and with me about the status of the move. The other 2 seem to need more experience and perhaps should not be left alone to manage a large move.

• Used them in 2020 for a business move, which went well. It was a move over two separate days. This 2022 move was a residential move for a family member. Move took longer because that family member wasn't completely packed and ready to move. Light logistics on the storage end slowed things down further. Movers took things in stride! • I emailed Rapid Robot the day I booked their services, 3/27/22. I called them on 4/4/22 and left a voicemail requesting call back. I never received any contact from them or reply to my email. So, I emailed, called, and texted them today with no response. I spoke with a Marisol from Moving Help today who sent an urgent email to Rapid Robot, requesting they respond; I still have not received any return correspondence to date.
