    Thank you for your feedback. We always strive to provide fair and efficient service. When your order was placed, we requested a full list of items. The list provided included 2 mattresses, 2 TVs, 2 bed frames, 2 office tables, and 20 boxes. When our movers arrived, the pod was much fuller than listed, including many additional loose items. This required more time than the 2 hours originally booked. Our team worked hard to complete the move safely and properly. Because of the extra time required, it impacted other scheduled jobs, and the customer became upset after requesting a refund for the additional time, which we were unable to provide.

  • Excellent communication prior to move, showed up on time, even let me know they were available earlier then originally thought which was a huge help. They packed everything up with care and even offered to come to the storage unit with me to help unpack since the job was completed so quickly. Since moving 2 hours away did not take them up on this but it was a nice offer, they care about their work. I would 10000 percent use them again

  • The movers that handled our items were very professional and helpful. They arrived on time and completed the job well. The management of the company on the day and time the job was to begin informed me that they needed us to sign a contract . I had communicated with them days before the move to work out all required details and they never mentioned that until the start time for the job.

  • Marshal was professional. He came in and looked at what I was hoping to move and made recommendations on what realistically would fit. Each time an item was questionable about fitting in the trailer he took the time to measure and consult me. All my extremely heavy furniture was handled appropriately and loaded into the trailer. They worked fast but were also very efficient and careful, making sure all my furniture was safely moved. I had some heavy items and they managed to fit everything into my storage unit perfectly.   • One of the movers complained to the entire time about the amount of money he was making, and it made it extremely uncomfortable, when they packed the truck they did it in way that they could only get one layer of boxes and we had to fix it. They kept saying the truck was full when it was Not, One of the movers was extremely helpful and courteous, but the other one just made it extremely uncomfortable

  • They were a few minutes late but that could be because I was farther away from their last booking, the office updated me along the way. The two men were super efficient and helpful, they packed all my heavy things in maybe 10-15 minutes, and unloaded it in the same time frame at my new place 10 minutes away and no damages. We even made a second trip back to load and unload more boxes! Very worth it and so glad I booked them. Thanks so much!! (I sent tip through Zelle)

  • The movers damaged my bed frame. I requested that they let me take it apart and have it be the last item on the truck but they chose to pick it up as a whole piece. It’s now damaged beyond repair unfortunately. Other than that, the movers were fine and we got the job done in less than 2 hours.

  • The company was good about communicating changes but were an hour later than we agreed. They also asked me to sign a one page document with a bunch of terms and conditions that I have never been asked to sign through this website before. Overall they were efficient and got the job done. We tipped in cash rather than through the site.

  • Started out very rough! One guy showed up and wanted to start without the second guy. I told him that we’d start the clock once the second guy arrived as we paid for two guys for 3 hours. Second guy came and rushed to sign a release paper before they start. They actually were walking out and said to get other movers and when I reached for the release paper the first guy grabbed my arm. Once that happened, we came to a AGREEMENT that they would stay and complete the move in the allotted time. They did come full circle after that and finished the move in less than the three hours that we pre-paid.

  • Marshall and Jesus were my movers and they were both very energetic, efficient and eager to do a good job. They treated my furniture with great care. My only issues with the company were 1. No initiative by dispatch to tell me my movers' names and where to meet. There was in fact miscommunication between the dispatcher and me about this so the movers did not show up where I wanted them to and it cost me 20 minutes of paid time. In addition, the movers were 20 minutes late because of traffic so it cost me 40 minutes altogether. 2. When my movers gave the payment code to home office, the bill was finalized without any discussion with me to see if I agreed with the amount of time I was being charged. I would have argued for a discount of 40 minutes. Also you should be aware that you will get charged in advance for the hours you estimate and if you exceed, you must pay the additional hours in cash at a 50 percent premium. Other than these 2 issues I would recommend these guys.

    Unfortunately we did provide you with the movers names and we have the prove of the day and the time we send the movers name when you ask if you need it and the movers did when to the correct location but you was running behind not the movers the movers was at the location at the agreed time and is a chart here that let know how many hours and movers you need you cannot expect to book 2 hours for a 5 hour job and get it done when we have other customers waiting because that just mess up our schedule

  • Business was supposed to contact me within 24 hours of reservation, they did not. Eventually I contacted them as the date got closer and they were able to accommodate the reservation, that well, should have already been reserved. Their response for emails for me was nonexistent and they don't do phone calls but instead work over text. Moving crew was nice but they moved everything way too fast, refused help, and in the process damaged my furniture. Unfortunately I only visibly saw 1 occurrence happen at a stairwell and mover attempted to conceal the broken piece, then after trying to place my furniture quickly into the truck to where I wouldn't see the damage, after I pointed it out and as I assessed the damage he leaves to grab more stuff, only to come back with the piece and claim he found it in the apartment. He did apologize after completing the loading, however upon arrival at my destination, I noticed a lot more damages. Company then only offered refund of 1 of the 2 hours.

  • This time the mover showed up without a second man. He did the job within the 2-hour parameter, and an excellent one at that! He was careful with my stuff, and patient with me as I rummaged around looking for anything I wanted to take back to my house with me. He was personable, and skilled and informative. Moving is awful, even if it's a smooth transition; Overall it was a great experience. Would recommend them, and use them again for sure.

Was upset to have to do heavy lifting on two items. Other guy handled it. The unfriendly guy was very pushy and rushing, it was stressful unnecessarily. The other guy was nicer and more professional. It was very imbalanced. They did get the work done and were on time.

  • The guys did a great job but were adamant on signing a form before they begin work which puts you in a bind if you don’t agree with their policy. Hard workers, excellent on time. Very direct on which services they do and don’t provide. I appreciate the transparency in their services. They did the full 5 hours as promised and went back to help sort out the remainder of items.   • This company was the least best I've used so far. Not a zero, but certainly not a five star. Hoping my glass that went to storage isn't broken as the main guy clumsily carried bins down 2 flights of stairs while on the phone multiple times. When they showed up he originally had his office talk to me about more movers. And to make it clear they were only there for 2 hours. I helped and we were all done moving to storage and a house with 15 minutes to spare. Perhaps could have been more had he not also been on the phone. The other fella that was helping was very nice. And more careful with my things. They did force me to sign a document that I don't recall signing with any other movers I've used before beginning. And there was a bit of a language barrier. Unfortunately, just was not impressed with this company and the way they handled things in comparison to the companies I've used before.

    Hi we are not surprised with the review you got upset because you order two Movers and two hours and you Wanted the movers to finish in less than two hours and rushing them because you did not want to pay any more you was in a 3 floor stair and a 25 minutes away to unload and not prepared for the movers when they arrive

  • Beware when using this moving company, they were an hour and a half late and damaged our furniture. Since they were so late I started moving boxes to help and they said we can either do this your way or the way we were trained and the way your looking at us is making us uncomfortable and said they were going to leave. They came without the proper equipment, no furniture dolly, no furniture pads. Nothing. They were rude and inconsiderate, I offered them drinks and when they were finished they threw the empty cups in my yard. All around unprofessional.

  • I know it's a clique but, this WAS the BEST money I have spent for a service provider !! I feel bad I don't remember there're names but BOTH gentlemen were awesome to work with. The one guy who seemed to be the crew boss wouldn't let my Wife or Myself even take a box from the truck. He told me, go upstairs and relax!!!
