• The team leads were great. One helper not so much. Stacked too many bins and went down the driveway only to spill them in the street. Haven’t had a chance to unbox everything and hoping that the bins dumped are in tact. Unfortunately are glass Christmas ornaments and cement yard art so I won’t hold my breath on that. Should be more careful with peoples property. Sadly that wasn’t the case.

• My movers were David, Solomon, Devine and Jarvis. They all did an amazing job. They were on-time, polite, and helpful. They did a difficult job on a very very hot day that included carrying furniture down one flight of stairs. Solomon did an amazing job arranging all the furniture and boxes tightly and organized in the truck. They all worked well together. There was no damage to any of the furniture and no damage to walls or doors. They were all careful and conscientious. I would highly recommend Wild Cat Movers.

• Josh and Martin were AMAZING! We were so stressed about our last-minute move, but we were able to book with them with less than 24 hours notice and they were able to schedule with us early in the morning and got the majority of our stuff out in the time we booked. They were so fast, efficient, and helpful! They asked us what specifically we needed help with first and were happy to make multiple trips to load and unload our stuff from the old apartment to our new one. We are SO grateful for both of them and will definitely be using their company for any moving needs we have in the future. We highly recommend their services!

• They came, they packed the truck, and they left. Overall, they were friendly. However, the way they chose to pack the truck left lots of empty space where more fragile items could’ve been placed. All in all, after only taking the U-Haul a couple of blocks, items were unstable in the back, leading to a broken large glass picture frame, and broken small locker.

  Hello, Its unfortunate to here your items had been damaged in transit. We do are absolute best to always load with transit in mind. It is the customers responsible to provide any tie downs to keep items in place. That being said, Wildcat Moving & Labor, LLC and its moving helpers do not cover any damaged caused during transition. This is due to the nature of unpredictable or inexperienced driving of Rental Trucks. We hope you take this advice when moving in the future, please provide tie downs straps,rope and drive slow.

Seriously, much more secure and better protected than we would have done ourselves. They are great at what they do and we had fun chatting while they worked. It was one of the Daniel's first day on the job, and he jumped in and did great. Joshua showed great leadership throughout, and I was happy that he texted us to check in the day before. The other Daniel (who is deaf) was the packing master, and his expertise really showed as he managed his end with precision and care. • At one point they scuffed the wall and I went to get a magic eraser. By the time I returned, they were working on the boxes and the scuff was gone. I used to be a contractor and I've seen so many have zero care about the property they are working on. Our company was one of the few who actually cleaned up our own messes. Now, I know another company that does the same. Very professional!

• Rain, hail, sleet, wind, and snow for about 3 5 hours of a 5.5 hour move. These guys had to fight the incline of our driveway by foot because our truck couldn't fit. Then they also had to compete with the packing job my teenager and 20yo daughter did on the truck before leaving our old house. They had to pick me up when I fell in the driveway. They even put our bed together for us. We postponed them every day until finally after a week our sale closed and we could move in. Happy, shiny people the whole time.

They wrapped my things carefully, and Daniel was so incredible spatially that it didn't even take the whole U-box! They were engaging and personable. Daniel is deaf, but reads lips well and Joshua also helped to translate. It really made me feel good about Wildcat that they hire differently abled people. I would recommend this team to anyone! • Mover Aarón determined iPod was too small for amount to be moved from storage. However once the uhaul truck was unloaded into iPod then it was obvious there was much more room available, so another trip in uhaul truck to Life storage and reload all remaining items. Since only 30 minutes left in the 2 hour contract, they did not have time to go to upod location and unload. Which left me, an 80 year old woman, to unload. Movers had a free half hour of work time. Both men were pleasant but Aaron made an erroneous decision that caused more work for me.

• The office staff and the Boots on the Ground team did a really good job! I got a bit frustrated because I had trouble retrieving the Payment Code via Uhaul or MovingHelp websites so they could receive their pay but that was NOT caused by Wildcat! They were patient and worked with me to git-r-done. I know the actual loading and unloading were a small job for y'all but your help was much needed and appreciated. Then the day before they called again confirming with me and gave me the names of my movers and confirmed a start time. They both showed up promptly at 1000 and got right to work. They were so fast and efficient it only took them about an hour to move all of my daughters belongings and load them up into our rented U-Haul trailer. That’s right guys, they loaded up a 1 Bedroom apartment into a 6X12 U-Haul trailer in about an hour and it was packed completely full! Well worth the money paid for sure! Thank you!

• The guys were friendly and hardworking, but the fact that they were both deaf made it extremely difficult to communicate with them. Things had to be positioned a certain way to fit in the storage unit. I ended up staying for an hour after they left to rearrange things in the unit on my own — although that was difficult, it was easier than trying to communicate to them where things needed to be positioned.

  I will not apologize for the fact that the extremely experienced and professional movers you had were deaf. It is always best and easier to let the professionals handle and arrange the storage units. They have years of experience. I would suggest in the future to take the time to not judge someone by their handicap and work on communication.
