  • I hired JJ and his crew for a second job involving unloading a trailer and staging my house. His team did an excellent job paying attention to detail when setting everything up. When my dining room table could not be delivered on post, JJ met the driver at the front gate! JJ and his team goes through great lengths to make sure their customers are completely satisfied!   • JJ's Moving Solutions is a premier and stellar moving company I would recommend to anyone. As a Soldier in the United States Army stationed at Ft. Knox this is a trustworthy and well-known moving company. I used JJ's Solutions twice, once in 2023 when I PCS'ed to Ft. Knox and in 2025 when I was leaving and they were fast, efficient and precise. The Owner, JJ was on site both times supervising the staff and providing mentorship to make sure everything was packed correctly to avoid any broken Items. JJ and Markel worked well together, and everything was completed in the allotted time slot. He was on time, never late and his staff has superior customer service. With that said, ALL of JJ Solutions staff are in compliance with Ft. Knox identification policies. They all have Real-ID to easily get on and off base with no problems. From the minute they arrived they worked and got everything done. Call JJ's Solutions and you will be very happy with the results!

  • I had a really great experience with the moving crew that helped me out. They showed up on time, were super friendly, and got straight to work. They handled all my stuff carefully and made sure everything was unloaded safely. What I appreciated most was how they went the extra mile, they didn’t just help with unloading, they assisted with returning my U-Haul truck. That saved me a lot of time and stress. They were easy to work with, communicated well, and made the whole moving process feel way less overwhelming. We had a last minute change to date and time of our move and JJs Moving Solutions were beyond accommodating - they not only showed up within a couple of hours of making the changes but after already knocking out a previous job, they showed up with positive attitudes, ensure everything was loaded with care, answered all questions I had and made sure we were good to go before they left.   • Honestly a little disappointed with these guys. Every time I turned around it seemed one of them had paused to text. I completely understand and support breaks - moving is hard work! But this just seemed to be in excess and I found it to be unprofessional as it happened consistently over the course of 2+ hours. Despite having numerous furniture covers and blankets, much of my white furniture was laid directly against the bottom of the uhaul where it was later found scraped or broken. In addition, I had set a number of boxes and cleaning supplies aside that were not to be loaded and they were, leaving me with little to clean the space with after the fact. Unfortunately, it seemed like they loaded the truck without much thought of how it would travel or be unloaded. Sadly would not recommend these guys for large moves over long distances.

They handled my 3rd floor move-in in a flash despite extra heavy, bulky items. Most all other services would have complained and or procrastinated and taken forever to complete. Not on JJ's watch!
