• Different from other moving help providers used thru U-Haul - communication between the company and me was not 5-star but the communication between the team of strong young men (Daniel, Jamel & Antonio) who came to actually do the moving was excellent. They were polite, careful and attentive to make sure they did not harm the house nor the furniture. Extraordinary actually! I HIGHLY recommend them - I would ask specifically for THESE GUYS - they are that good! I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Hired them for the three hours minimum (what it took the origination team to load the POD) and they finished the unloading end of things in just over an hour!

• My delivery was 6 hours late!!!! The driver couldn’t find my location and while Jamil was working with me to help them, Jonathan cane agitated saying he was ready to go home. I understand situations happen but six hours late is unacceptable!!!!! Jonathan needs to do better if anything I the customer should be the one upset and complaining!! I paid good money for this service and it was not worth my money!!!

• Overall service was fast, easy, and efficient. We scheduled 3 hours, but they moved a full 20' U-Haul in 1 hr 15 min. The only small blip was that they did not call or text stating they were on their way on the day of the appointment. The movers were very nice and polite, and even folded our moving blankets for us to return.

• Randy and Johnathan did an excellent job. My son was moving to Wisconsin from Florida, and these two showed up on time and worked hard to load the truck quickly so that we could hit the road. They both were very professional and did a great job of packing and securing the moving truck for the long drive. Upon arrival in Wisconsin, everything was still secure, and no damage to any contents. Thank you!

• Booked last minute and were accommodated. Daniel and Antonio worked their butts off! We were their 3rd job of the day and it was 100 degrees. They downloaded our uhaul in an hour and a half... less time than expected. Heavy furniture, no problem. They did a great job. Don't hesitate!!!

They got all my stuff up to my third-floor apartment in just 45 minutes, which was beyond impressive. They worked quickly and efficiently, yet handled everything with care. On top of that, they were spectacularly professional and respectful throughout the entire process. Moving can be stressful, but these guys made it an absolute breeze. • Communication was great throughout even letting us know when they were in route along with the ETA which was right on time. Both guys were extremely hard workers and appear to take pride in doing a fantastic job. The truck was loaded perfectly for the several hundred mile journey. They even took extra care in handling numerous art pieces. Highly recommend and would use you in a heartbeat if the need arises.

• The guys were like an hour late. And they were onpy there for less than 2 hoirs but we paid for 3 and still vot charged for 3 hours. Anthony and Daniel did ok with unloading but the way they packed things into the rooms we could hardly get into.thw rooms. It wasn't the best service. We also had to ask them to put the beds together bc they said they didn't know they were supposed to. They didn't have any tools at all so they used ours which was fine. But neither of them brought water or gatorade to drink and it was hot as heck. They were getting dizzy and sweating and we didn't have anything bc we literally just pulled up like an hour before.them. so I went to the store and bought them gatorade and water. I prob wouldn't use these guys again. We tipped in cash

• I used this company two years ago when I relocated to Albany, GA to unload my truck. When I saw them listed again, it was a no brainer that I used them again for loading my truck to relocated again. And once again they did not disappoint. I received a confirmation text right after booking and then a follow up a few days before the move. We ran into a little bad weather during the time we were scheduled, but they stayed in constant communication with me so we could work around it. Daniel, Anthony, Isiah and Jeremy showed up a little before the scheduled time and immediately got to it. They worked well together, and all gave the same level of energy throughout the move. I was concerned about my elliptical machine not fitting on the truck, but they worked it out. Thanks for making my move, as a single person, go smoothly.

• Leading up to the day, Jessica communicated with me to confirm the reservation and set a timeframe for arrival of the movers and ubox. On the day of, Randy and Daniel let me know when to expect them and it was within the same window Jessica advised. They were great and got the box loaded up in no time at all and packed the box perfectly while protecting it with furniture pads and blankets. They were both very friendly as well. Highly recommend their services!

• While I understand that things do happen, the movers were extremely careless and destroyed a large desk during our move. The desk was in perfect condition and was less than two years old prior to the move. Instead of an offer of any kind to make it right or at least an apology of any sort what instead we got was a comment from one of the movers of looks like some cheap IKEA sh!t. At that point we were more than ready for them to be finished and on their way. Extremely disappointed in the care taken of our items and wish they would have treated them as if they were moving their own things. Very disappointed by the experience.

• I could not have been more pleased with my experience with Hall Mini Warehouses! They were very proactive in communicating leading up to the UBox loading appointment, even coordinating directly with UHaul on my behalf. The loading helpers texted on loading day to pinpoint their arrival time, which was very helpful. They were professional, friendly and did a great job of carefully handling my belongings. The UBox was loaded with skill. As I'm writing this the day after it arrived at my house, I can confirm there was no shifting at all. Everything was in perfect shape.
