• Malcom and his teammate knew how to load the U-Box as it should be to balance the weight, they were fast and efficient. I would recommend them a 100 percent to anyone moving out of state as Malcom explains how he is goin to fill up the content in the U-Box and needed to see visually all contents goin into the U-Box so that he will fill it up safely for the move

• The movers were respectful of our stuff and were able to get all the boxes in our new apartment very quickly! They also were flexible on timing - we hit some traffic in the evening and were able to reschedule to the next morning with no issues. • Overall, great moving company. The reservation process was very easy with UHAUL online with the addition of the selection of moving companies for loading or unloading according to my moving needs. The price was reasonable and the job was completed in three hours given the location and the entry and exits of the building. The movers were professional, productive and efficient. The payment process was also simple and the additional hour that was needed was able to be added on to the payment very easily. I highly recommend this moving company as they didn’t disappoint given the stress of a moving day. I will use them for future needs via UHAUL and will recommend them to friends and family. • Malcolm was a fantastic mover along with one other guy! They were communicative, prompt, and professional. They really know their stuff! My move was a bit complicated and heavy with lots of large items and they were able to arrange these items really well! However, I spoke to Malcolm on the phone a few days ahead and I think it could’ve been helpful for both of us if he had asked me more specific questions about my needs, because it ended up taking almost double the time I had estimated, I think an additional helper would have made a big difference, and later Malcolm told me that for large jobs like mine he usually schedules time the day before to wrap all the furniture to prepare for the move, which would have made a big difference in my case. My stuff didn’t end up fitting in the truck I rented, so I had to do a second load on my own because Malcolm had another move scheduled after mine. Overall, I highly recommend Move It Move It tho and I am very grateful!

There were some schedule switcharoos and unexpected delays (and several flights of stairs) that he handled extremely respectfully. He respected the fragility of items and made sure to put everything in with logic and care given his extensive experience.

• I would highly recommend Move It Move It LA! I used them to unload a couple U-Haul U-Box containers and carry big furniture and boxes up a flight of stairs for an apartment, and they were very efficient and quick. • The movers arrived ahead of schedule and assessed the amount of furniture and other items to move. They started the work and began wrapping the furniture in moving blankets and securing it in place with stretch wrap. Once wrapped each piece was carefully loaded in to the truck. They worked efficiently and completed the loading in under two hours. They were great to work with.
