I was nervous at first because I didn't hear from them until the day before my move. But once I finally was in contact with them, they were very communicative. Raymond was very polite and professional. They couldn't do the move in the morning as I originally ordered but were able to do it in the afternoon so I switched the truck. He ended up bringing extra help so they could get the job done faster since they had picked up another job for later that day. Since there were four of them, they did the job in half the time. They were quick and efficient, and very pleasant the whole time. All of my things were treated with care and nothing was damaged. This team of movers is definitely worth your money!

Raymond went above and beyond!! He responded to the appointment request within 10 minutes (on a weekend!), and on unloading day he and Derek was prompt, courteous, and efficient. They safely unloaded a 27-foot truck in two hours, while telling us stories and sharing laughs while working SO hard on a humid day. I loved the ideas they had for our storage space! Plus, Raymond not only sourced us a washer and dryer for sale, but picked it up an hour away AND hauled it back to us the next day! Punctual. Respectful. Saved me from a long drive back since they brought their own tools to assist with disconnecting and disassembling. I ordered moving blankets but didn't see any when I picked up the truck with the app(non-business hours). To my delight, Raymond and Jose had blankets on hand. Throughout the process, Raymond always made sure I had everything I needed before departing, even before he left, and asked if there was anything else I needed. I managed to forget my TV despite his constant reminders.

Raymond and Jose showed up ON TIME, and worked great together to get all of my big furniture moved in to my new home. Because they had loaded the pods for me and were do efficient, I wanted them back to unload. They worked independently unloading smaller items and then together with the big items. HIGHLY recommend.
