• The team stated to work right away and while ot seemed that they accommodated everyth ou mg professionally, the truck broke down again and had to open the back. All the boxes shifted and and some broke. I can send pics if needed

  You provided us with no straps to tie everything off. We only load what is available to us. We do not offer anything extra such as pads or straps. Protection for your belongings is your responsibility.bwhen we do load swaps from truck to truck we use what is available to us at the of load. Not our fault you did not have proper equipment. That is your responsibility.
