  • This is the 2nd time Pack Wrap and move have loaded unload my stuff. Extremely professional, on time and worked quickly. He also has excellent spatial skills.   • They called the day before to schedule a start window and were on time the day of unpacking. They were courteous and took their time to ensure things were unpacked well and stacked in the correct areas in the house. Everything was done within the scheduled time, and they made sure the packing blankets and containers were clean and empty before leaving. I would highly recommend them to anyone and I would use them again.

  • Guy and his team were amazing! I was expecting two guys but four came and was able to finish the job in just an hour. They were super quick and professional. The U-Haul I reserved didn't quite fit all of our furniture and Guy offered to put some pieces in the back of his truck which was so nice so we didn't have to make a second trip.   • The team called me right after I made the reservation and was very flexible with the unloading time. They helped place furniture in the right rooms and were very fast and efficient.   • Amazing job, they fit everything in the truck safely and securely, used every inch of space available, with room left over.   • Pack Wrap and Move were Superior. They took the job on a moment's notice and had to travel a long distance to do the job location. They ask questions about how I wanted things done and where I wanted things put. They were very cooperative with this. None of the other movers involved in this relocation would do that. They were very careful with my antique and vintage items. The job involved unloading a moving truck and putting things into a storage unit. They were also very helpful to put some of the things, heavy and bulky items, back into the truck and take them directly to my Casita and unload them. I will always and only use these guys in the future.

  • My son-in-law was the only one I had on site for the move. The movers wanted more money before leaving, and since he could not access this account because it was on my credit card, he was pressured into pulling cash out of an ATM for them at his own expense. Neither of us liked this, but as I said, he felt pressured. Of course, since they've already received that cash, there will be not tip attached to this survey.

    There was no pressure.Prior to arriving there was a discussion about there being an extra charge, we tried to add the hours on the order 1st.2men 2 hours were booked. 4men worked for 3 hrs. Packing, loading & there was also a piano we moved that was not included in order. We only got paid for services that were provided & didnt even charge full price for piano to be moved.
