  Thank you for your feedback. As you can see we are a 5 star company that pay close attention to detail. Preparation for an unload 15 ft truck into a storage unit usually does not require tape. Our guys are equipped with 2 wheel and 4wheel dollies, tool bags, tape, plastic wrap to assemble and resemble for our customers convenience on their moves. We're sorry your move was stressful for you and your feedback is taken into consideration.
