• I have mixed feelings about this crew. They arrived in the time window that was promised, but towards the end of it. However, it seems that they started the time clock at the beginning of the time window. At the end of the day, they needed 15 extra minutes to complete the job based on when they started the timer, but they actually finished on time based on their actual arrival time. They charged me an extra hour for 15 minutes work that really should have been included in the original order. I didn't mind paying for the extra hour if it was needed to get the job done. However, the crew clearly wanted to leave and were rushing around. Everything that was packed in the truck in the last hour or so was broken when we opened the truck at the destination. It was obvious when unloading the truck (different crew) that the majority of the truck had been well packed. The loading crew lost interest in doing quality work at the end.

• I have moved several times in my time here, south carolina. This crew was by far better than any other experience I have had. Chad and his partner, sorry I didn't get his name, were incredibly proficient. All I had to do was give them directions as to what pieces went where and what were leaving the original site and the job was done before I knew it. If I ever have to move again, god forbid.This would be the company that I would call. And you should, too! Rick the owner is a consummate professional, I had him jumping through hoops a couple of times because they kept pushing back, closing. He didn't hedge one minute. Call this company!!!

  I knew this would be a problem with the customer once we opened up the back of the truck and the truck smelt of cat urine, and rat feces was everywhere. Once we requested to retrieve our gloves from our vehicles, customers demeanor turned from pleasant to rude and obnoxious. Lesson learned.

• These guys were the best movers I've ever used and I've moved over 20 times in my life from the time I was in the Marines til now and never have I ever came across a more dedicated and knowledgeable set of guys. Juan hands down knows his stuff. They were on time and professional. They treated my move like it was their stuff. If you need movers these are your guys. They were also very polite and courteous. They felt more like my friends than just strangers I hired to help move. I highly recommend these guys. You won't regret it.   Everything was great except communication? I talked to you the morning after you booked the job. If you are referring to the 2 missed calls you made this morning, I was on a job and it's quite rude to take phone calls when someone else is paying us to work for them. • Smoothest move we've gotten so far with any of the Moving Help people we've hired. The movers were very concerned about our items and offered assistance in the proper way to move a curved TV that we didn't have the original box too. We would have just plopped it in the truck and went our merry way. They were very accommodating in packing the truck properly and efficiently to maximize the allotted truck space! • They left trash all over the grounds of my apartment complex, and in the back of the U-haul truck. They left the ramp down, in which I wouldn't have hired them if I could have lifted and pushed something that heavy back under the U-haul. I just over all did not like their professionalism.

  Not quite sure why rating was a 4. Waited in DC for 2 hours while you waited for land lord, no charge. Provided extra man free. Waited for elevator over an hour. 3 extra hrs and didn't charge you!
