• My mattress bag was not used properly and it was completely off the mattress when I unloaded. The bins I used instead of boxes were not stacked properly and had toppled over and the contents on the floor of the truck. They didn’t make good use of the space in the truck and I had to make two trips.

  Unfortunately there is a 2 hour minimum on all U-Haul jobs and that is their policy which is stated upon booking. We apologize that you are unhappy with the cost but we work smart and hard.
