  • OMG this moving experience was stressful but when E&R showed up it was a weight lifted off my shoulders. These guys are Tetris Gurus when I say they packed the hell out of this 10’ box truck baby I was overly impressed. They communicated with me to let me know their ETA and very professional super helpful. I owe them so much because they went over and beyond with my move. Let’s just say the property manager will be hearing from me after having to climb 4 flights of stairs because the elevator was not working and I was not told that when picking up my keys. They handled the situation very well I just kept apologizing for the inconvenience. Let’s just say I won’t be moving for awhile but when I do I will most definitely be using E&R Packing and Delivery. Thanks for a job well done and for going above and beyond what was expected and doing it with a smile I truly appreciate you both and wish continue success with your business. Dolores B.

  • I set this order on a Sunday afternoon, of Labor Day weekend, for a monday morning major holiday move. Lets just say I was skeptical. Within minutes E&R confirmed the move. The next morning, received a text they were on the way. They showed up on time, with the right equipment and were efficient and took proper time to wrap my items. They exceeded my expectations with respect to getting the major pieces moved within the two hours, and had extra time to help us with the small boxes. They did a great job packing the 6X12 trailer. They were happy, friendly workers the whole time. Highly recommend. Great Communication, Professional approach, took great care of my items. I tipped them well and you should to!

Not only were they efficient but their attitude and customer interaction was incredible. Super nice guys.   • Earl and JB were extremely efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and the best movers. I highly recommend them. They and worth every penny! We met at one apartment to add furniture to an already partially packed UHaul and then unloaded at another apartment. They were so careful with my belongings and very good at loading the truck. We are so happy we hired them we took their card and plan to tell friends.

  • Wow! What an incredible experience! The communication on the front end was phenomenal. When they showed up, they were friendly, and took the time to ask questions to figure out how to best serve us! From beginning to end, this was a wonderful experience for us.   • Errol, Jabari and his team were amazing & I appreciate them meeting me at the U-haul storage office and driving the uhaul as well as taking the time to get my move completed, even though due to my disabilities I was wholly unprepared for them to pick up the furniture and everything. They went up into the attic and pulled the boxes down for me so I could tape them up to pull things out of cabinets. I'm a disabled Army veteran and I appreciate the fact that they do vet discounts also. I found out that Errol was a man of the cloth and Jabari was also a disabled veteran and we started sharing VA stories. Anyway, I could not have asked for a better choice than the one I made to use these amazing and kind human beings. They kept me informed of the progress of my move every step of the way and even though it was time to go they took the time to put together my sleep number bed so that I could rest that night. Thank you again and I'll see you in a few weeks for an additional move project.

  • Amazing! Errol and his team are so kind, friendly, helpful. We have used them 4 times! We knew that we could depend on them. Their caring and great attitudes were just what we needed to get us through. Moving sucks! They made it tolerable. Excellent communication. I have unpacked about three fourths of what they loaded (LOTS of glass, glass curios) and not a single item broken! That is honestly impressive. Kind of sad we moved out of state.   • If you are a customer please take note to this review. My company name is Indigenous Movers. We subcontracted with E&R. We where a blind date to each others company. I look for dependable, detail, respectful, none rushing but quick on the toes, great reflex, honest, communicating know in in your knees not back cas I need that to make this money workers! This company came in and did the best subcontract I have ever seen. My customer was so happy. I was greatful I didn't have to let go of the contract. They where everything I needed. I also gain a friend in this Large industry that look down on women like we are not able after having a whole human come out of us. So as a 5star company you can't make every one happy.   • Worst movers ever. Took four hours to move a two bedroom apartment (my disabled mother and I have loaded larger trucks from larger houses in half the time) and half of my stuff was destroyed. I had to throw out mirrors, furniture, boxes, dishes, and so much more. The only reason I hired helpers was to lighten the burden on my mother and I and I seriously regret it. Whatever you do, do NOT hire E&R. They will drag their feet, tell you they can't fit all of your stuff (even though they clearly can), then use it as an excuse to say 'oh we made room and saved the day' just to destroy your stuff. I've never seen grown men drag their feet so much when loading a truck trying to milk out extra money. It's not worth saving the extra $50-100 an hour. I highly recommend choosing someone else. I'd give 0 stars if I could. I have pics for proof as well.

You had a 10ft uhaul truck and wanted a 2 bedroom apartment including appliances, kitchen and living room to all fit, along with not providing any furniture blankets. There were 1 flight of stairs and extra stairs once you got down to the truck. There were many boxes that was improperly wrapped and had dishes with no wrapping or covering that we absolutely had nothing to do with the packing. We notified you on everything, also you were adding more items as we were loading, then proceeded to change things up. Your truck was actually loaded properly even with those circumstances and we asked you provide pictures and there is no evidence that we damaged anything. It is very unfortunate that your review could deceive many based on the lack of knowledge of this moving business. Please do not bash us and simply take more accountability for the role you played during this experience. Have a good day.

    I understand that these particular movers did not meet your expectations for your move, however.. honesty has to be revealed completely right now. So when the movers arrived, everything was not organized and they worked around that, but you added items at last minute after they loaded truck and told them to just throw everything else on their because you came up with another location during the move. then wanted to save time so was rushing the movers, but I agreed to not charge you for entire extra hour.
