• COOPER STOLE $377 FROM ME!!! Hired them for 6hrs of moving help. Said they would arrive at 9.30, but no one showed up. Called at 10.30 and they said they would be there in 30 minutes, still nothing. Called again at 11.30 and again was told they would be there in 30 min. By this point I was pretty sure no one was coming so I begin moving myself. At 12.30 they finally showed up, THREE HRS LATE!! They only did 3hours of work because I had already done HALF the job for them. My boyfriend went with them to the unloading location and called Cooper to discuss what had occurred. Cooper said he would give a refund to by boyfriend then called me to get the code saying everything had been squared away. It hadn't. A minute later by boyfriend called me and told me not to give him the code but it was to late. We have repeatedly called and texted. At one point he promised to send a check, but it has been several weeks and no check has arrived. HE IS A IS A LIAR AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!

  We arrived at 1035 completed the job in 5 hours When booking. This eliminated our earning opportunities by saying that you need 6-8 hours but only needed 4 roughly We cancelled other offers to accommodate your request just for you not to need more than 4 hours By the u haul rules we are not obliged to refund especially when u haul gets 17 percent

• The guys did a great job of loading our furniture. They used moving blankets to protect furniture (maybe could've used a few more, as a couple of pieces were scratched upon arrival). The guys worked steadily, but not too fast, to get the job done. We already tipped the guys before they left.

• The gentleman, Kodie and Darius, who arrived and did the loading were great. The company, however, was extremely terrible to deal with. Loaders were to be here between 10-11 and did not arrive until 2-45. I had to reschedule my unloaders to tomorrow as well as pay another day for my uhaul rental.

• Excellent experience! I requested help on very short notice and these guys were the best. Our apartment was upstairs which we felt bad about, but they didn’t blink and had a 15’ truck unloaded and upstairs in less than an hour. Very friendly and courteous guys who showed great respect and care for our belongings. I would most definitely use them again!

• Great workers - careful with my things - easy to communicate with. My only complaint is that I asked them to be at my apartment at 8-30 AM. They told me they would be there between 9 and 10. The arrived at 11-30. It was a LONG day for us because we still had to clean up the apartment after the move.

• This is the only mover company I will ever use. Timely, efficient. The heat index was 100 degrees and they got thru it like nothing. If you need moving help, I will recommend Coopers Movers.

• Scheduled a morning session with the assumption they would be done by noon. Asked them to arrive between 9am and 10am. They arrived at 10;45am, so we only had about 40 minutes worth of labor for them to do. I would like a $150 refund for services not rendered.

• Cooper's was very flexible when I had to change the start time for the move. Their workers arrived and were expert in packing the truck carefully and maximizing all of the available space in the truck. They lifted some very heavy pieces of furniture while ensuring no damage to walls or floors. Since we had three different delivery locations for the contents of our move, they packed the truck to ensure the items were ready to unload in the proper sequence. I would highly recommend Cooper's! They saved my back and got the job done very efficiently!

• The two guys that helped us did a really nice job unloading our truck (26 foot uHaul). They called and gave me a heads up when they were on their way so we could be prepared when they arrived. They unloaded all our heavy items with no issues. They were careful when moving large items inside to avoid damaging the floor or walls. They removed trash from the truck when done. Both of the guys were friendly and professional as well.

Company could use better communication and time management skills as the movers showed up a couple hours later then scheduled. • The movers weren't as careful with our furniture as I would have liked. They turned tables and dressers upside down and moved them with a hand truck. This caused a lot of unnecessary scratches.

• Movers were late but communicative. Unloading into storage unit was done quickly but haphazardly. Little care was taken to make sure larger items were not falling over (i.e mattress on top of tv, couch on top of kayaks, etc.). I loaded the truck myself with care, very meticulously so I assumed the unloading process would have ended with a similar result, but shame on me for not micromanaging. Issues were not found until after services were paid for. I attempted to contact movers about concern of possible damages, along with some sort of compensation after getting 20 minutes of work but paying for the full 2 hours. I was told to send any pictures of damages and services would be refunded but I was blocked immediately after and can no longer conduct a civil dialogue.
