• The guys did the job. It was not easy as there was a couple of stairs with narrow space however they did a great job. The communication by driver was great giving updates on arrival time. On a busy moving day you need to be flexible with time so keep that in mind. Would book them again.

• Couch stuck in hallway, walls and banisters scraped, hole in wall, and door, broke 55-inch Roku TV. Couch left in hallway of new house. My moving time was used up on the account that they didn't know how to move a Couch downstairs so a considerable amount of time was used up trying to move it and I still don't have it in my house!!!!

• My 55-inch flat screen TV shows half the screen in black and half viewable. The TV is broken. I can't watch anything on the screen because half of it is black. The owner of the home I moved from is very angry because your movers put a hole in his wall, trying to carry out a sofa and love seat. They also scraped the walls and banister going down the stairs.

• The job was a bit tough and guys were polite and respectful, but they were 30 minutes late and left after an hour and a half instead of the 2 hours I paid for. Some things were a bit banged up and my mattress cover was torn in several places. It needs to be replaced. I hate to not give them a better review because they were nice young men, but I'd be doing you a disservice by not being honest. They work hard, but they are not professional movers. This is their side hustle. understand that and you will get what you pay for.

• The movers did a great job. Bravo to the two guys. The truck I rented from U Haul was damaged when I went to pick it up and U Haul had to provide me with another truck located at another location which caused a delay to start the moving process and the moving guys were waiting there for a truck ! So Zooman manager allowed me 30 min before starting counting the time! It was nice from them I appreciate it . Thanx guys.

• Our movers came to the job exhausted, didn’t move even half of our furniture in the allotted time, left the site without telling us multiple times leaving our belongings on the side of the road, and didn’t follow our instructions for packing, leading to several broken items. This move was frustrating, and we ended up having to do much of it ourselves even after paying for an extra hour on top of the 2 we requested (the same amount of stuff took 45 min in a previous move). One mover forgot his bag at the first location and the company tried to charge us for the extra time it took us to go pick up his belongings, even though they had stopped helping us move when we said we couldn’t pay for a second additional hour. Overall this experience was frustrating, we had to do much of the move ourselves, and felt like we were far overcharged for the service.

• They packed the truck so poorly that we were left with a lot of stuff sitting on the sidewalk. So, after they left we had to unload the truck and re-load it by ourselves. They also damaged one of our paintings while carrying it out of the house. Shockingly incompetent, I literally think it was their first time moving anything.

• The guys that came out to unload were great. Super upbeat and accommodating, never made it seem like a hassle. Very kind and friendly. Only thing to know is that you will need your own dolly/unloading equipment if need any. We were all set but could be useful for others.

• They were able to respond to a request for 3 hours later. The two movers were extremely efficient at moving everything up a narrow stairway to a 3 floor apartment. They even stayed a little late to help disassemble a couch that wouldn’t fit up the stairs. Very satisfied.

• Movers were very careless with my things! Stuff was thrown in piles things broke! Also movers did not speak English so it was very hard To communicate directions to them. They did a horrible job organizing boxes and completely blocked an entrance with boxes to a room so I couldn’t get into the room.

• I had reserved a freight elevator for my move from 11am to 1pm. I confirmed with the movers multiple times that they would arrive at 11am. I checked in multiple times and they said they were running late from a previous job. Just before 1pm, 2 hours after they were supposed to arrive, they said that a mover got hurt and they would be a while longer. Since I needed the freight elevator and had to be done by 1pm, I ended up needing to move it all myself and cancel the moving helpers.

• The mover was due here at 1 PM. We spoke at 1:30 PM and he said the mover would be here by 2 PM but that I would need to provide transportation. I told him that for insurance reasons I could not do that. It is now 3:12 PM and he has still not arrived. He is over 2 hours late.

• Although I did change the time last minute, I was in constant contact with mover. He said it was no issue and to just tell him when I was ready.
