• Movers showed up late. Did not bring a hand truck or any kind of straps to move large objects. One was stoned and smelled of marijuana. He was extremely lazy and unmotivated to work. The other gentleman worked hard. Communication was good from the manager, but I was less than impressed with the services. If I didn’t have several friends over to help out the move never would have happened.

• I needed time to think about it; I was grateful that same day help was available at a later hour (7pm). But at least one of the two guys who arrived had clearly been drinking and or smoking, I could smell it and it was clear in his behavior. Neither introduced themselves. Many boxes were carelessly fumbled and dropped by one of them who did not seem to care. Many fragile boxes were placed underneath heavy boxes on the handcart. I understand it is a hard job and granted they did get it done on time, but I am left feeling ill about the experience and not looking forward to seeing what has been broken during move in. Michael was helpful and communicative. But the company need to vet your guys better; moving is already incredibly stressful , I felt uncomfortable with all of my belongings being handled by people under the influence.

• One was 30 minutes late. When he did show up they started fighting and cussing very loudly. Then one got mad and left for 45 min. My husband ended up helping and moving half of the things. The way the truck was packed made us having to leave a few things behind. The truck we got had plenty of room but the way they packed it was wrong. I would not recommend them at all. Would love to get a refund because we ended up doing most of the work.

• PROs They were punctual (turned up early) and tried to do a good job but we could tell they weren’t up to it. Managed to get it done in time allotted Cons The person packing the truck didn’t know how to use the padded sheets we had obtained from uhaul. He used it as a drape to cover everything, which was weird. I had given him instructions to drape around the furniture to separate them. Ah well. With my friend and I helping they were able to get loaded as they were quite slow moving things. Frankly we had ended up doing most of the work of hauling things from the apartment down the flights of stairs to the entrance for them to haul 25 feet to the truck. The 25 feet they had to cover took them 2 hours with slow movements. Almost seemed like they were dragging their feet and one clearly didn’t have his heart in it. Lugging things by one strap or the extension handle. For comparison. The movers in Bethesda at my prior move had everything loaded in 1.5 hours with minimal help and packe

• Dre and Antrell were FANTASTIC! I could not have asked for a better experience working with movers.
