• Movers were supposed to arrive between 1pm-2pm. At 215pm I called to verify the address and was told they were still near Milwaukee. Was told it would be another 2 hrs. Then at 4pm was finally called and then they said 530pm. Then got a text that it would be 550pm. I had family there to help me but because of all the pushing back, they couldn't stay long to help when the movers finally arrived. Once they were there, they did well, but this pushed back everything and was disappointing.

• Movers arrived on time and I haven't found anything that was damaged. I paid for two movers for two hours. Three people showed up, but the job ended up taking three hours. I'll be the first to admit that I have a lot of stuff, but I don't recall loading taking nearly that long when I used a local vendor (not off this site).

• Painless. Reservation followed immediately by lightweight logistical coordination. Mr. Cook worked the job personally and brought a 3rd helper. They didn't force a piling of furniture in the truck, but rather we agreed on a second trip. No damage to report. At the end of our booked time the team also agreed to move boxes from the garage moved previously to their respective places within the house without complaint. We would use them again.

• The mover called 15 minutes prior to agreed time of 7pm to say he would be arriving at 715pm. He also indicated the he requests payment on arrival because it takes time to process. He called around 730pm to say he was involved in an accident but would still come. He called at at 745pm to say he could not make it or we. Hope pick him and his wife up. We inquired about the next morning for service but he could not make a firm commitment.

• Overall this company did a good job. Mike did a fantastic job of loading our truck up to the roof. Everything made the trip just fine with nothing scratched nor broken. The only complaint I would have was one of the other workers was on his phone too much. If I am paying someone to move for me,
