  • These guys were great. They showed up with their own dollys and hand trucks ready to go. Unloaded the storage locker quickly and, despite it looking like our truck wasn't going to be big enough, managed to tetris everything into the truck. Cheerful attitude was encouraging as well.   • The Moving Pros were effective, courteous, accommodating, professional, communicative, and efficient. They handled our belongings with care, and asked for and took direction when needed. One of the movers even offered to rearrange the unloaded boxes to make space after our new apartment began to fill up. When the job coordinator learned we were on the third floor, he brought an additional person to speed up the process. I would recommend and hire these guys again.

  • Absolute best moving experience I’ve had. I hired three movers for three hours. Not only were they hard working, but they ensured the wife was happy with where things went. They let us put felt on the bottom of each item before it went inside. They also helped arrange shelves bins how the wife wanted. Very friendly and professional.

  • We had a room of furnitures to move out of state. One of the two movers was more experienced. He packed our 10' U-Haul well that none of the furnitures were damaged after the long drive from CA to AZ.But they were unable to move a cabinet a bit heavy downstairs.

  • The move was great. These guys packed our truck wonderfully; however, my jacket was accidentally taken by the movers which contained my rental truck keys. Couldn’t get the keys back so had to get a locksmith to get a new set of keys which is the result of the 3-star reviews. Would have been 5-stars if I got the keys back from them.

  • Moving Pros was on time and professional in their communications. They helped me to unload a truck that had been packed up earlier in the day. I was a bit disappointed in how slowly they moved and ended up doing a lot of the lifting myself, and they often did not hear me when I tried to indicate furniture placement to them. However, they were polite and kind throughout.

  • Hired them for helping us load our uhaul. They didn’t use any moving blankets and almost all of our furniture is damaged and destroyed. The guys were nice but complete amateurs and I wish I had not used them at all. The owner of this business has not returned my calls or emails since I sent him pictures of all the damage

  • I absolutely love these movers! They were early for the time I wanted to start moving and were very quick at getting my items from my 3rd story apartment into the moving truck. They had a super great attitude, very open communication, and nothing was damaged during my move.   • I wish they were more professional. I booked the service from moving pros for loading a truck. Josh called me and we decided a date and a time to meet and load it. On the day of loading I call Josh to confirm he is coming and he changes the plan. And now I have to wait for him to get back to me and tell me when he will arrive and have to change my plans to pick up the truck just bcoz he booked another customer right before me on the last minute. Once he arrived with his buddy who was helpful. First he broke one of my drawers and started blaming for it. Second, when I unloaded stuff at my final destination with other movers, there were a lot of scratches, cracks and chips on my furniture. He kept on boosting how long he has been in this business, though his behavior and tactics say otherwise. He seemed like he was in a rush, as he finished the job 30 mins early. If you want your boxes thrown around, furniture shoved and are looking for a quick move, hire moving pros.

The truck was only big enough and they managed to make everything fit without stressing me out about having a truck probably should have been slightly bigger.   • Arrived late, had wrong phone number. Was already done with heavy work when they showed up 1 hrs late. Coukd smell pungent odor from car when they opened window to speak to me. Smelled like weed. Asked them to leave, as we had already finished the hard part of the move. They wanted a code that I could not provide. Their supervisor called me as they pulled up. The number they said they had was not my phone number. I will be asking for a refund. Not a good representation of the business.

  • When you book a certain number of hours, it shouldn't be a goal for the helper to move as fast as possible to finish quickly, disregarding where to put things or how stuff comes off the truck. Secondly, when questioned, the response should not be, We can leave, and you can find another helper because we get paid regardless. Uhaul should find and screen people before subcontracting out to people who disregard basic instructions and choose to talk back the whole time. Only kept them to get the job done, but wouldn't recommend that kind of help again.

  • They helped load a 20' truck to the brim with stuff. We ran out of space and had to get another trailer but Moving Pro definitely helped us get the most out of the 20' truck. They were experienced, had a great attitude and were careful with our stuff. They will need a little direction on what to wrap, but if your stuff is boxed, wrapped, and padded ready to go, they will get everything onto the truck quickly and efficiently. Would hire again!

  • These guys are absolutely amazing! They called to let me know they were coming. I had booked for 2 hours and wasn’t sure it was enough time for my one bedroom apartment ( big furniture and up 2 flights of stairs). They finished so quickly and wouldn’t even let us help. Not only that, we realized too late after they moved stuff into the truck, that we booked a truck that was too small. They unloaded the smaller truck and re-loaded it into the bigger truck so quickly! I would highly, highly recommend these guys.

There were four people working on the job and the two older men were great and professional, the two younger men were throwing stuff around, bumping into the walls, dropping stuff, and kicking things. They moved my 3-drawer dresser and when the youngest man couldn’t push it in, he kicked it. Very unprofessional! I was impressed with the older men who worked like foremen but was very disappointed with the younger men. They broke quite a few things as well.

    Sorry you had a bad experience with my company but when we were leaving you said you was very satisfied and in fact gave a generous tip. You requested a two man crew for five hours and I brought out four guys free of charge. Also we told you that you needed a bigger truck and more boxes which you refused to get so we made due with what we had. You did not have hardly any blankets and again we made it work plus I brought you four men for five hours although you only paid for a two man for five hours.
