• It appears that this company hires laborers to come and do the loading. The two men who were dropped off were able to get the job done but it was apparent they were not moving experts. We appreciated their had work and great attitude and that they picked up the job at the last minute after the first company we selected stopped corresponding with us.

• They showed up almost 2 hours late. They also while I was downstairs organizing the truck took it upon themselves to disassemble my computer, desk, etc. which I DID NOT want touched. They were both also deaf which is not an issue normally, however, moving large boxes with a hand truck down 3 flights of stairs became an issue as they couldn't hear that they were banging, rattling, breaking stuff. I had quite a few damaged items when I got to the destination.

• Don't be put off by these two hard workers who are both deaf. They communicate very well and are eager to do a great job and please each customer. I found them both to be easy to work with, followed my load plan, and were very easy to work with despite inability to hear. They have both been doing this a long time, obviously, and were very careful with my belongings as they loaded them.

• The two guys that packed wear hearing impaired but had no problem communicating. Their efficiency and stamina was unbelievable. The had to pack with an up & down of 74 stairs. They packed what we had had unpacked in 1.5 hours. I've never seen anything like it! Other times we have moved it took 2.5-3 hours. These guys were just outstanding. If I EVER need movers in Huntsville again Courageous Movers will be 1st choice; hands down!!

I did not have the payment code to give them two in order for them to be paid. Jeremiah told me that if he doesn't receive the payment code then the two movers won't be paid. I did not want this to happen after all they did for me.
