  • The help loading was fantastic, very efficient and a lot of furniture was loaded quickly. A few items did arrive to the final destination damaged due to being just thrown or stacked on top of other furniture. A dining room chair has a large very noticeable scratch in it and the antique coat rack arrived twisted and damaged. I also wish more care was taken with delicate items such as glasses l.

  • I chose then initially because they were substantially cheaper than the several other movers. From the beginning, they were very professional and displayed excellent communication. They asked for a brief list of large items we wanted to be loaded and any other tasks such as disassembling or packing. We did all of that before they arrived to save on time and maximize their strength and organizational skills during loading. I was very impressed with their efficiency and experience loading the truck fully maximizing the space and also very reassuring on how careful and gentle they were with our property never dropping it tossing anything. They actually finished early with the tasks we reached them to accomplish for the time allowed. I highly recommend anyone to use them and also prepare your items ready for them in advance.

The job was a little tedious due to a not so professionally packed truck (that was my bad) and a confusing system of door codes at my new building. Regardless, Michael and his assistant went to work and got through it. I’m grateful they took the job so last minute and were able to help because no way I would have survived doing it myself. They confirmed the details multiple times so that everyone was on the same page about the move and addressed any questions that we had. They ensured that the furniture was properly stored and tied tight so nothing would move during transport. Though having multiple large pieces of furniture, they were able to complete the entire move within the two hours with time to spare. I would definitely recommend them!

It was pouring down rain and at one point they even had to re-pack the truck where my husband had done some of the packing so everything would fit.   • Michael and his partner is on time and moves fast. Highly recommend. I also did the Uhaul Self Delivery of my two Ubox. So I have to rent a 15 foot truck towing a trailer with 2 Ubox. Driving forward is easy. But when I tried to back it up, it becomes very difficult. Michael was able to drive and back up the truck with the trailer for me, it really saved the day for me!

When one of the dresser legs came detached, they examined the issue with me and it was an easy fix. They owned it, which was greatly appreciated, but it was a simple fix for me. All-in-all, no damage, no scratched walls, etc. 5 starts, I'll be calling them next time as well!

  • If you need any moving help in the Northern California area there is only one company that you need to call. Peninsula Moving Services is the absolute best and second place is not close.
