They came 45 minutes late and didn't have there own car. Someone just dropped them off and left them with no way to get to the new house. I had to transport these strangers in my car. Do not hire these people to move your house. They didn't even bring the dressers upstairs. Then they charged me for another hour of help. Total rip off.

Our mover helpers were on time, worked diligently, maximized the available space on our truck and overall displayed a high degree of professionalism and knowledge. Moving can be very stressful but our help put us at ease. The best movers we have ever used! Highly recommended.

The team of 4 arrived all together and a little early as requested. They assessed the job, discussed the plan, stopped to set down the heavy equipment and rest, and carefully moved a 400lb unit through multiple doorways. It took them about 20 minutes to complete a job that I had estimated would take 1 hr.

I most definitely will use this company again! I already saved their contact info! Needed movers in a pinch due to a back injury and Kimiya Services was readily available. I was due for service around 5-6pm but they found some of their per diem guys that were available and showed up 2+ hours early! We were able to get everything done in a quick and efficient manner. They made my moving experience 1000x less stressful. Even though this isn't their full time gig, the guys did great and moved quick. I'm so grateful for their services!! I will most definately be telling people at my own small business about this wonderful local company to help them out in any way!!

Movers played explicit music from their phone in their pants pocket without the use of headphones. Movers unloaded items and left them in the way of other apartment tenants as they took trips in the elevator (blocked access to elevator and to the 1st floor hallway of apartments). Movers seemed in a rush and took precarious loads that were unnecessary. Arrangements were made ahead of time for any disassembled furniture to be reassembled at time of unloading yet on-site movers were unaware and seemed annoyed that they could not leave without furniture put back together (manager had to be called).

G and Reece were our movers today. When i say an absolute blessing to have these two moving our items. They were early and were ready to go at our scheduled time! They made us feel right at home. Like a big brother and your favorite english teacher ! At times it’s hard to meet good people or have professional help. This move was the epitome of painless, efficient, respectful and effortless. I would recommend these two and this company to anyone i know. You have to trust the people moving your most prized possessions. And this did it for us. The two movers were polite, efficient, and helpful, except for one issue, which was major. I saw one mover literally step on some of my boxes in the storage unit to load some other boxes in it. I wasn't watching them the whole time, and so I don't know if this occurred other times too, or if the other mover did this as well. But even just once is unacceptable, especially when the boxes may have had fragile items in them. I tipped them in cash for the quality work they did outside of this. But never do this to a customer ever again.

I am permanently disabled due to a severe traumatic brain injury and spinal cord injury and I am unable to load and unload my belongings from the Uhaul I had rented to relocate. Uhaul recommended KIMIYA Services Inc to help me unload the truck and from the get-go these guys were very professional, respectful, kind, considerate, helpful, friendly, courteous and well organized and efficient and truly did a top notch job. I am so very grateful for their help and I will definitely request them again. I highly recommend them to others. Thank you to the three of them for helping me and making what was a very difficult situation run very smoothly since I had relocated here due to domestic violence issues in another state with my ex-boyfriend I have now left for good. I’m extremely grateful to them all. They deserve raises because they make your company look damn good. I am not adding a tip here only because I gave it to them in person.

I booked this company because they had great reviews, but my experience was unbelievably HORRIBLE. Even though I clearly listed everything that needed disassembly during and after booking with Dwight, the movers arrived late and completely unprepared with ZERO tools, leaving my TV mounts on the wall and putting my security deposit at risk. They were careless with screws and hardware from my bed frame and sectional, and I had to stop them to find pieces they misplaced. The truck was packed in a chaotic and sloppy way that made unloading extremely difficult. When I raised concerns, the owner DWIGHT was rude, aggressive, dismissive, and refused to take any accountability. Instead he demanded an extra 100 dollars for overtime and even threatened small claims court. I ultimately paid, but the lack of professionalism, communication, and care was unacceptable. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Zero stars if I could.

Helpers scratched the floors of the house by dragging the dining table all across the living room. They took apart a bed frame and lost the screws. It took them 8 hours to not finish loading and unloading a 3 bedroom house. Had to rent an additional uhaul the next day to finish moving. Now trying to get the company to respond for the damaged floor and I get no answer back.

The men that were sent to us, James and I can't remember the other guy's name, were HORRID. I don't think they could move a pile of dog doo from the yard to the trash!!! They milked us for time by moving items one by one out of our unit, broke our treadmill and damaged other items, wasted truck space, and were unprofessional. Their appearances were sloppy and James REEKED of beer. We believe he had been drinking while waiting for us to arrive (we were running behind and were late) and he kept tripping over things while moving our items. I'm not sure who was sent to other reviewers, but im going to assume it was not these two. I almost feel like we were lied to by choosing to go with these people based on other reviewers. This is the most pathetic company we have dealt with, ever. It's a shame i can't give zero stars. Please do yourself a favor and use Bright Side. They are on time, professional, and do a good job.

I'm warning others about Kimiya Services Inc. This was the worst moving experience I've EVER had. The movers were unprofessional, were cursing profusely, and called my friend the n-word to his face. They ran up the clock, dragged out unloading 20 boxes and one bed for 1.5 hrs, built my bed upside down, then called me in, while vaping and scratching their heads, to help fix their mistake. When I stepped out briefly because I was so frustrated, I returned to an apartment reeking of marijuana. I confronted them and they denied smoking, but admitted having weed on them and showed me the bag and smoking before work. They still demanded an extra hour's pay. Intimidated as a small female alone with two men, I gave them the code so they'd leave. When I called the owner, he refused to refund and called me a liar. This company's conduct was unsafe, unprofessional, and threatening. No one, especially women, should go through this. Please DO NOT HIRE Kimiya Services Inc. HEED THIS WARNING.

Kimiya Services, the company we used to load our truck for a move that needed to be done over multiple days, was outstanding again during the unload job we hired them for. Dwight Jones was an excellent communicator again and was quick to answer my questions. He also was flexible to help us make a switch from the original number of hours we booked for. Devonne and Michael were very careful with our possessions and placed them gently exactly where we asked them to every time. Leslie, who wasn’t part of this move but who worked with Devonne during our first move, was excellent as well. The crew was friendly, efficient, and very professional. We were very happy we chose Kimiya!

I could not be happier with these movers. They were absolutely phenomenal. We ordered four movers from 10am to 12pm, and they finished about 50 minutes early -- because they were so fast. They arrived right on time with five people (one extra for free!), and everyone was so courteous, kind, and fast. I'd highly recommend a larger group, because they had one person organize the inside of the truck, while the others were able to bring boxes from the apartment, carry the larger items down the stairs, and all that. Compared to other movers we've had, these folks were able to fit just about twice as many items in the truck, and it was superbly organized. They were also quite communicative from the moment I ordered the service (2-3 weeks before the move). Either that day or the next day, they texted me to confirm all the details. Then, the day before the move, they called to go over everything once more. It was easy and seamless, and they couldn't have been better. Thank you so much!

Dwight, with whom we scheduled our moving help timeframe was most informative, professional and friendly. This was the first time we've used Movinghelp.com with it's reassuring passcode system. Kimiya Services sent us Devonn and Marcelle who not only called to confirm time, location, and details, they also came when scheduled, were most professional, friendly, engaging, and most of all, careful with the items they loaded for us. They also considered the best loading sequence carefully and were very thoughtful about the impact the moving trailer might have on the contents. The service provided was completely unacceptable. Damage to the home I moved out of and moved into. Damage to my furniture from being dragged instead of carried through dirt and snow. The job wasn’t even completed because the movers couldn’t lift and carry a majority of my items. A few items did get moved to the upstairs but with damage to my walls and doors.

I recently had an outstanding experience with Kimiya Services Inc. for a last minute move. Despite the short notice, their team was incredibly responsive and professional. The contact person provided a clear estimate and coordinated everything seamlessly. I’m moving day, the crew was punctual, efficient and handled my belongings with great care, ensuring nothing was damaged. We had the floppiest California king mattress and they were able to carry it up three flights of stairs. Their Customer Service made a stressful situation much easier. I highly recommend calling them for anyone needing reliable and efficient moving services at short notice.

Kimiya packed&loaded and unloaded&unpacked all of our items. I was surprised to see just how poorly our items were packed when they were delivered. A brand new coffee table now has significant damage on two of its legs, which could have been avoided with more careful packing. Some dining room chairs have scratches and dents as well. I am very disappointed overall with what seemed like a smooth process. The gentlemen who delivered and unloaded our UBoxes were very polite. That is the only good thing I can say.

The movers were very nice people, but unfortunately this is the best I can say for this move. Despite my specific instructions and checking to make sure the movers would show up with appropriate dollys and roll carts to get my stuff across a parking lot and into Uboxes, they showed up empty handed. As a result they dropped at least five of my items onto the wet ground during the move. I'm grateful that nothing broke, but of course, I still find this to be unacceptable handling of my items.

One of the unloader showed up late and while unloading got me in to talks of doing some of the house maintenance. Took advance of $200 and did little bit of cocking and promised to come back next day to take care of everything since it was raining. Never showed up. Company should hire professional unloaders and not crooks.

Do not use this moving service. Thay caused damage to my night tables and bedroom set and stood my TV on a couch when placed in the moving truck and then said that the TV screen broke when someone moved the truck. If it was laid down properly and secured properly, it would be less likely damage would have occurred. No refund or any money at all was provided to fix or replace the damaged goods. I would recommend using any other moving service.

The two men that did this job were friendly, professional, dedicated, careful of our belongings, hard working, and focused on doing a good job. They had a hard task of moving our belongings from a uhaul up four flights of stairs taking great athleticism and physical stamina. This team was also picked last minute because the prior moving help had to back out - I was able to contract them the day prior to the move with no problems. Absolutely outstanding performance by two very friendly guys. I requested 2 hours, 2 movers for a 10 foot U-Haul to be unpacked, front to back, top to bottom - FULL. These two very perfectly and professionally carried every single thing into my 2nd floor apartment within 50 minutes. They even managed to get a massive sofa in through an extremely awkward and narrow doorway - something I thought would be impossible without taking the door off the hinges. Nope. Just leave it to the professionals at Kimiya. This was worth every cent of the $250 I spent, I gave them a $100 tip to split and I only wish I was able to give them more. They absolutely deserved it. My biggest problem is that the movers did not properly secure my items, resulting in damage that could easily have been avoided. I provided ratchet straps and rope which they could have used to secure items to the rails inside the truck, but they chose not to use them. I also needed to do more micromanaging than I expected, e.g. asking them to use moving blankets to protect other items. Another minor thing is that the movers did not call when they arrived, meaning I was waiting for several minutes until we found each other. I did appreciate that the movers were very friendly, but I feel they could have used the supplies I provided to secure my items much more carefully.

I would have appreciated more proactive communication from the dispatcher, but I needed to call twice myself to figure out when the movers would arrive. Thankfully I had enough time on my rental but this timing could have been a serious issue under different circumstances, either for returning a truck or for driving to another destination for unloading. I also felt they could have been more careful with my items. Something I did appreciate was that they asked me to put down a blanket to protect a white carpet from getting dirty from their shoes. Advice for movers; put everything by your container before loading so you can visualize how it will all best fit. Overall the job came out OK but furniture damaged, things not organized properly, no professionalism, and slow, on their phone, careless workers. Really hoping my valuable items don’t end up damaged. 12;45-4;25 (3.5hrs not 4) $500 to load a 1 bedroom into 2 uboxes 50 feet and an elevator away while I had 3 carts worth of stuff already in the lobby plus loaded with them of course. Owner was nice to offer partial refund ($50 is pretty much the difference of time). Was very stressful when workers gave up at the end, I was wrapping the last 4 items and they on their phones. I didn’t hear mine ringing bc I was working on the job I was paying them for and they said it was mean of me to purposefully not answer? These movers are just amazing. Marquis is a GURU at loading an ABF truck. I was impressed at how efficiently he loaded all items and saved us space which in turn saved us money.
