If i could rate higher than five stars i would! These guys were the real deal! On time for a 6 am call time, at his request, to beat the hurricane weather coming in later in the day. Respectful, especially of the early call time and neighbors in the complex being so close by. Very well done! Would hire them again every time!

Fantastic experience with The Moving Firm for my Sanford apartment move. LaDarius and his team, Q and Tyree showed up on time, ready to go, and were very respectful with great attitudes. They worked fast and efficiently, even hauling big furniture down four flights of stairs like it was nothing. I’d highly recommend The Moving Firm to anyone, and I’ll definitely request them again for future moves. Five stars all the way.

They clearly wanted to be very fast, and they were. Personally, I'd actually have preferred for them to be a bit slower; come in, do a walk through so I can point out the rooms and where everything is going, make a plan, then start. Perhaps that's an unpopular preference, so I can't really fault them. In their haste, they were a bit terse, but all interactions were pleasant enough.

When I booked them, we discussed that I wasn’t sure how long it would take and he said to start with four hours and we could add if we needed. I underestimated how long the electric (but also heavy) piano would take to move despite removing the legs already, however, it took 2 movers 1.5 hours to get the items into my apartment when I moved in so I was surprised it took 3 movers 2.75 hours to empty, and 1.25 to load into my apartment with an additional 2 hours with only 2 movers to complete. There was a lot of standing around and talking and one of the 3 movers kept wandering off to the car. However, they appeared to be very careful with my items and only left two very small scuff marks on the wall.

We highly recommend The Moving Firm The pre-move communication was excellent. On moving day the guys showed up early and went straight to work. When we ran into an unexpected scheduling conflict the guys were very flexible in helping us work through it. They are also the most careful movers we have seen in a long tame taking great care with our things and our new place. You could not do better than The Moving Firm. Outstanding service. Reached out to me within 24 hours of booking to confirm services needed and time. Promptly responded throughout and was extremely accommodating of my schedule. When we arrived 3 hours later than scheduled, they said no problem and adjusted the start time as needed. They also stayed with us until everything was finished even though we needed to add 2 additional hours to the job. Worked extremely late into the night for us to make sure it all got done. We were stranded by the original movers we had scheduled and were forced to find a new mover on a Sunday morning. We needed a truck unloaded that morning. We booked the Moving Firm online and they immediately reached out to us. They said they could be there by 1-2pm originally. When they learned we needed to return to TN that same day, they immediately arranged to have movers there within the hour to complete our unload. The movers showed up and were beyond helpful. The Moving Firm truly saved our move, responded immediately and reacted to our special needs. They are so caring and helpful. Their customer service is above all. Such a wonderful company and we are externally grateful. Would recommend them above all others!

They were on time but didn't call day-of to confirm. They were not very friendly at all. They also left quite a few items on the lawn and an office desk on the porch (which I asked them to bring in after we did the payment code-goodbye). There were a few damaged items, a missing wheel on a bar cart, and several disassembled items but IDK if that is fault of loaders or unloaders (this team). They finished unloading in about 90 mins which was good (although they forgot to bring in stuff). Overall it was an ok job.
