I am very satisfied with this company. They were very efficient and helpful, and handled all items, including a large TV, with care. Each of the three helpers who were assigned to me were friendly and hard working. I highly recommend anyone who chooses Moving Help to go with 1AZ Moving Specialists.

This was my first time using movers, and honestly, these guys went above and beyond. You always hear stories about movers breaking stuff or just not caring because it’s not theirs. I can’t say that about these guys. They worked in plus 100 degree heat, got everything done on time, and were a super hardworking crew. They were all really nice and took care of all the furniture and boxes with care. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with this moving company! The two individuals who assisted me were extremely helpful, professional, and understanding throughout the entire moving process from start to finish. They worked efficiently and made sure everything was handled within the allotted time. What I appreciated most was that they took the initiative to help put my bed together while still keeping the move on schedule. As a woman moving and trying to get everything situated, it meant a lot that they made sure my furniture was properly assembled and that I had everything I needed before they left. I truly respect and appreciate the care, consideration, and effort they put into my move.

Armando and Cesar were top notch! Went above and beyond! Would definitely hire them again! They arrived early upon request because it was getting hot (mid-May). They brought dollies and furniture cart with them. They have moving pads too if you need. There was a problem with the loading elevator and they worked with the apartment manager to access another elevator. Worked out for the better! Armando helped us back the 20' foot rental into the garage so we can easily unload. Didn't over charge for the extra time due to the delay, just the agreed rate. Appreciate their help! They made the move great! Thank you Armando and Cesar!

We had the best experience during a stressful time. 1AZ Movers Armando and Cesar came through with such a huge relief. They were absolutely amazing. We loaded what we could the night before and scheduled early morning help to beat the heat. They arrived right on time and worked efficiently from start to finish. They finished loading, handled the short drive, and unloaded everything with time to spare, placing furniture where it needed to go. They safely moved our heavy double washer and dryer and fragile glass curio cabinet from upstairs with great care. By the time I arrived, everything was already unloaded with the help of my two adult sons. I was blown away. When I saw on their business card that they offer cleaning services, I asked and they immediately said yes and even came back the next day, getting everything to a beautiful shine for our walkthrough. Thank you Armando and crew. Highly recommend. Fast, efficient, and professional top tier service.

Armando was amazing. When i was a little uneasy that my move would be done in the time I selected with the number of movers I selected he reassured my 3 people for 3 hours for my move would be fine. He came with his tools, boxes,Dolly’s and supplies. Him and his crew were efficient and calculated. They had a method to getting things out and moving things in a way to minimize the effort and utilize my time efficiently. He was done with extra time and even helped fixed my frame that was slightly damaged from the last movers. I’d recommend them 100 times over and I’m thankful I found them.

They don’t understand English enough to get what you’re asking Kept asking me if I cared about what happens to my belongings I told them from the beginning I don’t want anything damaged so do what it takes to not damage my furniture and appliances. They kept asking is this all going ? I told them multiple times the whole house is going ! He said he would be done in 2 hours But it took him 4 and a half or more. After unloading we noticed that there was damaged to my table and chairs and dents in my washer and dryer and our exercise machine Was gouged and the back piece was broken But it took him 4 and a half or more.

This was a terrible experience. The movers arrived about 40 min late. When they got here it was pretty clear at least one of them had never moved anything before, ever. I moved into this apartment with MORE belongings than I moved out with, and during my previous move it took the movers 45 min to load everything into the truck. It took these guys 2 hours. It was taking them so long between loads that I started timing it because I suspected they were intentionally taking more time. We drove the my new place and they called to tell me I was over time and I agreed to send additional payment via Zelle. I was told it would be $100 to finish the job.The job was taking so long that I started helping despite recently having back surgery. When the job was finally done they told me it was $100 per HOUR, not to finish the job. Even though this wasn't what we discussed I paid them another $200. When they left I noticed a giant scratch in my bedframe and a hole in the wall. Contacted them...silence

I booked the service the day before the move at the last minute. The moving company contacted me after hours and arranged the time. The movers arrived on time and as many people as I requested (4). They were polite, efficient and careful with my belongings. Overall, I am very happy with their work.

Honestly one of the best services I've experienced. The team was professional, fast, and focused. If you want to get the job done don't look any further.

Very nice customer service but poor time management from the 2 men that were assigned for my move. It took them almost 9 hours to unload my 2 bedroom apartment into a storage facility. I felt like the men were talking too much with each other as oppose to working. My dad and husband were very upset.

Scheduled last minute help to unload, Jose & Armando arrived as promised. You won’t find anyone as fast, courteous or professional than these guys. Highly recommended!

Excellent communication from the moment we submitted a request. Very pleasant and hard-working movers who were able to accommodate an extra hour for me. Would highly recommend. Please make sure you give them cold water, as I had none at our new place. :)
