• Tre'von and team are absolutely amazing at their job and this move was made so easy because of it. I was pleasantly surprised at how young but professional and experienced the team was. The little things like knowing how to pack the truck for maximal use of space and moving big ticket items down an awkward stair case without hitting the walls really showed how well they can do the job. I am really happy with the job they did and would consider them for a future move even if it meant paying for travel to have them be there. You guys were the best!

• I was expecting professional movers to show up and assist as all of the current reviews raved on the professionalism of this company. However when the movers arrived, they sent me two young men that had little to no experience in moving and storing items. I had hired them to assist me in unloading my U-Haul to my storage unit and needed them to help me with heavy items as I had surgery and could not lift items above a certain weight. I hired them for 3 hours to unload a 26ft uhaul truck. One of them stood around and waited for direction from the other, which was not efficient, he was also constantly on his phone and not helpful at all in ensuring that items were unloaded in a timely manner. He also dropped many of my items on the floor. The other young man was nice but had no experience in properly storing items into a storage unit to ensure all space was used efficiently. Long story short the three hours were spent and only half the truck was unloaded. Would not recommend!

  we're sorry this job went this way Christopher not all jobs can be unloaded and done in three hours on a 26 foot truck . Aliek has been working for me for three years. He's never ever had a bad review I don't know what happened this day but I do apologize we will always commit to making our customers happy or sorry and if you would've spoke to me, I was going to allow them to finish the job for you, but you told them to leave. they also told me that the elevator was not working properly things that sometimes you can't control this both of these gentlemen are professional members. This is what they do for a living and you can see all the reviews besides this one that state just that have a great day.

• A day after I scheduled with the Maddock family I received a text to confirm. We communicated conveniently several times in the week before the move including their reminder call the day before. Two seasoned, polite, and efficient movers (I estimated 3 hours we were finished in 2) arrived on time. The move was much more smooth than I anticipated. When you need help please consider the Maddock family.

• She texted me last night they could come today at 10am, and asked what they were moving. I agreed to a 10am start, and told her we were moving things from an on-site storage box, back in to our building. I waited, and when they FAILED to show up, she said that I had not replied to her, which was a LIE. We both have iphones, and the message accepting the 10am start time showed as delivered. She was very nasty, and I have the complete text thread, showing that she lied. She said she didn't want to come to Cape Coral, and she had left multiple calls and texts, which is flat-out false! I have the complete text thread, and it shows we agreed to 10am today, and they FLAKED OUT & STOOD ME UP! VERY UNHAPPY! This cost me money!

They both worked are hard workers, polite, respectful, careful with the goods and very efficient in unloading the truck and putting contents into our storage location. I can't say enough how impressed I was with these two young men. I contacted another company on my own and a Payment Code was never provided to your vendor (since they never provided a service). I contacted Mr. Maddocks today to discuss the matter and he advised me to contact you through this website. He also stated he is available to answer any questions if you wish.
